When I arrived, there was a sign saying the manager had run to the bank and would return in 15 minutes, so I decided to wait. After 45 minutes, I gave up and left.

This place is convenient to the Mass Pike and they have many sizes of units, and many of them. There is usually someone at the front desk who is helpful. The units make a mess out of your belongings because the cement crumbles into dust when you open and close the door. At the end of your stay they also charge an ENTIRE MONTH’S fee if you are there even one day into the calendar month. They have specials, but there are restrictions and you need to check your bill closely each month. I was overcharged at one point last fall. They corrected it after I brought it to their attention.
