This is a review of the service as a whole rather than this store. I find that the coverage is really lacking. Especially 4G. Not as extensive as you expect or as they claim. Even along major arteries like as you traverse major highways or on Amtrak the signal cuts out a lot. In cities it’s surprising bad too. Maybe too many people using it. But if so many subscribers pay money to use it they would invest in increasing capacity.
