I usually have a pretty good experience here, really friendly service and helpful too. One time though I was on my way to school and stopped for a frappuccino. I waited in line for 10 minutes, which wasn’t the problem, but after I ordered, I noticed everybody who was behind me in line getting their order. I waited for about 20 minutes, at this point I was running late for school, before I went to the counter and asked one of the Baristas where my order was. She asked me what I ordered, and I told her a mocha frappuccino. She looked around and grabbed the blender with old looking frap in it and dumped it in a cup, handed it to me and gave me a mediocre«sorry». Really? I should have gotten my drink for free!

My experience wasn’t the best in the west. After having much difficulty with my Starbucks app(it was shutting down the moment I clicked on it. And no, it didn’t need an update). I continued to tell the last at the speaker I was having an issue with the app and would order once it started working. They came on the speaker about four more times and the last two times a lady got on there and seemed extremely annoyed that I still hadn’t ordwred. I apologized continually, again, stating the app that was working the day prior and that I have had issues with it many times. I was extremely embarrassed an the fact that she wasn’t being emphatic to my situation was starting to make me feel uncomfortable. There was no one behind me in the line nor were there more than two cars in the parking lot. I ended up driving to the window to pay and told her that I was going to try to get it up one more time. She continued to exhale and made it obvious that I was annoying her and pretty much threw the food at me and quickly passed me the hot code that burnt me when grabbing it, and it spilling out the sip hole. This is the first bad experience I have had with an associate at Starbucks and I am quite disappointed. Luckily, I was vision for my state board and will not have to worry about the customer service at this location. But still disappointed in management of all things. They uphold a certain culture and it’s always sad to see a positive impact go down the drain. See ya never, Frankfort Starbucks!

This Starbucks is 100% better than the other Frankfort Starbucks on the east side. The staff are friendly and service is fast and accurate!

Standard Starbucks. Only problem was any other Starbucks I always order a tall mocha frapp it comes with whipped cream and mocha drizzle on top. They don’t do that here, you have to specifically ask for it.

This Starbucks rules!!! I called(long story) at 7:45am asking for 11 traveler boxes of coffee by 8:30am. Even though it was their busiest time of day, they said they would make us as many boxes as possible before 8:30am. Each box contains between 8 and 12 cups of coffee. I expected three or four, the same amount the other location promised. I was stunned when we arrived and found they had made seven traveler boxes! They exceeded my expectations, were super friendly and helpful, and saved the day.

Great service when taking my order but then they forgot to fix the sandwich I ordered. I waited 20 min before saying anything just in case. But casting that aside the Bacon Gouda egg sandwich made a nice light lunch. The Artisan bread was very fresh and crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy bread on inside. Great combo bacon and Gouda!!! Went perfectly with my double latte

Driving long distances calls for either Red Bull energy drinks or good coffee. I love a soy latte in the morning and a passion iced tea lemonade in the afternoon if it’s warmer outside. yum yum. Back on the road.
