My Starbuck’s of choice considering its right by my work and I’m the farthest thing away from a morning person. The wait times are shortest between 7:30 — 8:10am. I know everyone’s trying to get their morning fix of coffee. The service is always pleasant and never disappoints.

I asked for a simple drink with extra shots of espresso and no whip cream. It took multiple attempts to get the correct drink that I ordered. The employees were very rude when asked to correct the order. The final drink was watered down, but I did not have time and I was not willing to wait any longer. Thank god we were just passing through. I am surprised this store can survive when Starbucks seems to hold such high standards of service.

This Starbucks is nearest to my house. Therefore at least two of the four of us get something here every day. I’m a big fan of their brewed teas, and according to my daughter no one makes a mocha frappacino better than this place. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. We always have fast service here. The only thing I don’t like about the place is the very limited parking. But you cannot fault the workers for that. We usually just park at Dairy Queen and walk over. Ordering ahead with the Starbucks app makes it even faster — just grab your drinks and go.

This is the worst Starbucks. Through convenience and necessity I am forced to go to this store. The employees are rude… more concerned with their personal conversations than customer service. Drink quality is poor. If they aren’t messing up your drink, they don’t have the products in stock. The manager needs to have a serious chat with staff and retrain. If this store wasn’t part of the Starbucks conglomerate, it would have closed long ago. The negative comments below are 100% completely accurate in my opinion.

This Starbucks was super slow and not very accommodating. Every thing my friend and I asked for, they didn’t have in stock. WTF? I thought every Starbucks was suppose to be the same. Guess not. My drink came out alright, but my friends drink was really jacked up. He mentioned this to the worker. She said«nope…its all good. That what you wanted. » He said«Actually it isn’t, but you keep telling yourself that.» LOL. We paid and drove off anyways. Who does that? LOL.

Nice, clean, typical Starbucks. We changed our order once in line and then had trouble pulling up the Starbucks App to pay and they were still incredibly friendly. Great morning stop!

This Starbucks came through on a large, last-minute to-go order. Unfortunate circumstances led to me calling at 7:45am Tuesday morning and asking for 11 traveler boxes of coffee by 8:30am. They were able to provide us with four traveler boxes, during their peak time, which we supplemented with several from the other Starbucks nearby. I will say, as wonderful as the employees were, the parking lot was terrible.

Worst Starbucks on the planet. If it was not so close to me I would never go there. They are Slow Rude and a lost bunch of employees. Every time I go thru the drive they it a 15 min ordeal. Half the time my orders wrong, today I had a coupon for a free sandwich and so did 3 other people and they chatted all of us saying the coupon had to be associated with our cards such a rip off bare and switch. Someone needs to revamp this locations practices!

This is seriously the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Took forever to get through the drive-thru. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Drive-thru will take a minimum of 10 minutes, even if there’s only 1 car in front of you.

The absolute worst Starbucks experience ever. We stood in line for what felt like ten minutes.(Our entire«quick stop» for coffee and pastries was 25 minutes). They were out of all the breakfast sandwiches we wanted, so we settled for other options(which were not the freshest). Our drinks were made at the speed of molasses, and somehow were not that hot when we received them. The employees were goofing off, which is nice that they were having fun, but they didn’t seem to care about the wait times or the ever growing line of unhappy people in a rush on Sunday morning.

Seriously slow drive thru service. I came here three days in a row as I was staying at the Fairfield Hotel across the street. Ordered the same thing all three days and the coffee drinks were very inconsistent.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Coming from out of town to visit family. We are from CA where we frequent our local SB at least once a day and our baristas are friendly, professional and efficient… The visit at this location was exactly opposite of that. The barista at working the drive through was rude and condescending. We ordered our usual drink that was not complicated. Kids chocolate milk, no ice, light whip; Americano with honey and light milk. I went in and finished my order, the barista at the counter barely acknowledged me and just spoke to the drive through barista… The barista making the drinks filed up a cup of ice and I mentioned that the kids chocolate has no ice. She also rudely said«that’s what I said» ??? She put up 4 drinks on the counter and said nothing more. No drink holder, no straws… I am amazed that this is SB!!! I am glad this is not my local SB and will never have to come here again. This store has no sense of customer service at all! Corporate should seriously assess how this store is run.

WORSTSERVICE I ever had at a Starbucks location, 8 people on the floor and no greeting, all I needed was 4 shots of espresso with steamed breve, and they were trying to convince me that I am ordering a latte, where on the menu, in big, bold letters is written MAKEITYOURS, I am trying to make it mine, but the barista was trying to convince me her way is better… Who the hell put a Starbucks in the middle of the planes anyway???

I like coming to this Starbucks! Always inviting and warm. They have nice comfy seats and sofa chairs, the staff is always friendly and you can sit and work here happily if you need, without feeling awkward or anything! On a rainy day like today, just sit in there with a warm cup of coffee or chai and feel good about just anything and everything! :) Another thing I LOVE about this place is their drive thru system! The people are always friendly, they NEVER mess up my order and it always tastes the same and good too! Love coming here! :)
