Dunkin’ Donuts

This location is one of the best Dunkin Donuts i’ve been to. The coffee always taste good and they always make it perfect to the way I ordered it with consistency every time I go there. When I stop through before work to get an ice coffee the drive thru line is usually pretty long in the mornings but it moves quick! The donuts are always fresh tasting and sometimes he will randomly throw in a couple free donuts for us out of no where. I highly recommend this location if you want great tasting coffee

Lets face it DD coffee is the best which is why they get any stars here. This DD has the rudest staff ever, especially in the drive through. I have gone through at least 25 times so this is not a review based on one isolated incident.
no matter what we are going to get our DD coffee but if you want someone pleasant in the morning, keep driving and hit up the next one.

This guy puts his own limits on 99 cent coffees. My wife bought three and he told her he only allows two for 99 cents. Refused to give he back her credit card, charged her for the drinks and told her «too bad». Never going back here. Stay away from this one. Go to the one on river road.

Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robins is not a usual destiantion for me so when i go its usually because i really want a donut or ice cream or some breakfast choices they have. Everyone i’ve ever spoken to at this location has severe attitude especially when it gets busy. During a drive through visit i was yelled at several times and eventually just drove off, ive never really had an issue with the food but dealing with the cashiers isnt worth going here.

I absolutely LOVE this location and will go out of my way to go here and nowhere else. I seem to have bad luck when it comes to ordering anything in a drive through. Wherever I go without fail, my order is NEVER right, no matter how simple and small that order is. However, this is the ONLY place that gets my order right every time! They have the sweetest and most friendly staff. I really enjoy coming here!

This is one the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. I am a regular customer and I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone here is friendly and are prompt.
I realize that it can get hectic with both driveup and indoor customers so if some times they seem out of breath that is why.
This is my favorite dunkin donuts.

t night the drive up is lousy, the guy at night is rude and can’t get order right need a new person at drive up at night!!!

I would say during the day time and afternoon this is a great place to stop for a coffee and donut, but once you go at night at this location there is one man who just is always yelling when you pull up to the drive through and he does always say «pull-​up to the window» with a very bad attitude and I’m not sure if he is yelling at his employees or just on his Bluetooth, and make sure you always ask for a receipt because the man didn’t even type in the computer the order and just said a very large number. Once I asked for a receipt he then typed on the computer and the price was much less!

This is one of the only Dunkin donuts that makes my coffee amazing every time I’m there! The coffee never tastes bitter or old, and they always make it sweet like I like it. I have never been disappointed with their iced coffee, and sometimes go out of my way just to go to this location. Other locations should really take notes!

Skip this location. So I wanted to switch my hot coffee to iced coffee. According to the sign it is no extra charge. I get my receipt and I was overcharged for BOTH changes I made. I was charged an additional $ 1 for each coffee in each meal.
The food is the same food as any other Dunkin. When I tried to explain that I was overcharged they spoke over me and said I would have to come inside. Great. Inside was chaos and no one would address my issue.
The coffee and food is just not good enough to deal with this location’s lack of customer service.

Seriously they have the best food and the best drinks. Some may say «well its a franchise, they’re made the same everywhere» FALSE. I’ve noticed at other dunkin donuts that they use solid sugar which does not dissolve in iced coffee (cold things take longer to dissolve things like sugar) this location uses liquid sugar which is perfect in iced coffees!
I come here almost every morning before class and I’m never disappointed. Boyfriend and I occasionally hit up the drive-​thru for a late-​night coffee or snack and service is amazing both times. Place is always very clean and staff is friendly.
The only thing that sort of bugs me is when I go inside the store and there’s about 6 – 7 people sitting at a tall table, clearly they have been sitting there for a long time. It bugs me because the group is somewhat loud and rude, using foul language and pretty much screaming over each other to talk. Makes the whole atmosphere go down.

On the plus side, the place is clean and run by people who understand the words coming out of my mouth, and vice versa. Ordering is a breeze. They no longer offer my iced apple cider which I’m so sad about but the girl behind the counter made me the best iced coffee I’ve had in a while.
Service is kinda awkwardly slow if you don’t know which direction the pickup line is going so we had to wait a bit longer for our order. We’ll know for next time.
Overall a pretty decent experience. This may very well become our new DD.

Dirty and nasty… don’t go here. after i waited for 10 minutes so the guy working the window could do all the drive through orders we left. I also was standing there while they were doing construction and there was so much dust floating in the air when i touched the counter my hand was white… more importantly all the donuts which were 10 feet away behind the counter where in the racks on covered… i mean seriously the health inspector needs to check this place out.
Service is horrible.

This Dunkin Donuts is as good as they come…
They have a great staff that is full of smiles and always make it fun to come in. If you visit the lobby enough, they get to know your face and are very nice.
I was in town for a week, and got to know they every morning on the way to LA Fitness and this is what Dunkin Donut should be. Reminds me of the core stores in Boston and how they are there.
Great location, clean, bright, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms and it’s also Baskin Robbins!

Terrible customer service! Not only did the cashier let my money fly away as I was handing it to him to pay for my order, he also argued with me afterwards. I have been to this location several times and the staff DOES NOT speak fluent English. Very disappointed…

Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins may be a chain but no two stores are alike. The owners of this establishment are great people. They are friendly and have hired a staff that reflects that same attitude.
Whenever I’m in a bad mood and crave that caffeine fix I always leave here with a smile and the kids with a free munchkin or two.
Thanks for keeping me sane… well as much as a mom of two can be.
