This is one of the last locations by my house and I must say it is better then the one on North Ave just before Wolf. They are fast and my fries are always served hot! unlike most places.

If possible I would give this location a negative amount of stars. Every single time I come to this place there is a new issue. If it’s not waiting for your food for 20 minutes, or waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, or all the employees with horrible attitudes… The list can go on forever. This morning I decided to attempt to get some food. Although my husband warned me. I pull up to the drive thru, wait about 3 minutes till someone actually asks me what I want. I tell them my order loudly and clearly(since I know how this place is) and nothing. No one says anything else. I drive up to the window… I get from the lady, «why did you come up to the window?» Ummmm… because I was waiting for you to respond and I got nothing. She was giving me all the reasons in the world why she didn’t respond but it all had to do with me. Maybe I drove up to far, didn’t speak up… whatever. I ask for the manager and I explain to her that every single time I come here there is an issue. Her response was, «Well did you ever think that maybe its you?» EXCUSEME!?! I asked for corporates number or for the store owners number and I got nothing again. I started to drive off and she started calling me all sorts of names and saying that she don’t have to put up with this sh**. I asked for her name and they closed the drive thru window on me. So I went inside and she told all the staff to ignore me. No one even responded to me asking what her name was. And apparently no one had name tags. I will be going back today to find out her name and the name of the staff and I will be contacting corporate about how they need to start training people on customer service. The store manager was ten times worse then the staff. I wil NEVEREVEREVER go there EVER again… I hope the location gets shut down ASAP!

They don’t even deserve a star. I live closest to this BK and I hate it. I went there Sunday morning for breakfast. There were 5 people inside waiting for food and 3 cars. My car and another girls were last. She was there first but they gave me my food first which was odd. I drove alllllll the way home. They didn’t give me the right order after waiting in my car for like ten minutes. I had to drive all the way back there so they could give me the right order, as I was standing there the other girl came back also. Only plus is they redid my complete order fresh. Usually when I go to this Burger King the girls are rude or weird. ALSO I went there about 2 months ago for breakfast and it was at about 9am. The girl said they had no clean trays… wtf do you guys do at night? Do you even clean… Also, in desperate need for a remodel. It’s so old with gang signs carved into the tables and that style has been there since 20+ years ago. Scummy

Went there last Sunday afternoon for a quick lunch for me and my family. Quick? I only ordered 5 little cheeseburgers and 5 small fries, simple order right? NOT!!! I had to pull into a parking space to wait on the food, ok I thought it was a little strange since there was no cars behind me! SO there we are waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to rudely walk up to my car and just hand me the food. Whatever we were hungry. Next mistake and one I will NEVER make again at any food place pulled out of the parking lot without checking the order. Got home and the soda was beyond flat, disgusting. The fries where cold, no idea how that happened when we were waiting for our food to be cooked! My son took a a bite out of what we thought was a cheeseburger but was a single stack with bacon and gross sauce. So needless to say my kids would not eat any of the burgers! What a waste of MONEY! Because of this bad experience I had I will NOT go to another Burger King again. Be warned STAYAWAY!
