McDonald’s

Every time I come to this place, they manage to get my order wrong. It does not matter how simple or difficult the order is but they still get it wrong every time. One of the times it was a manager that messed up! They just remodeled this place and honestly it looks dreadful! They should have spent more time working on the employees and the service than worrying about the look of the building!

Nice egg Mc muffin hashbrown. Nice staff. Also some decoration for Christmas which gives it a nice atmosfeer!

This place has vary bad service and the management is like having no management at all.
I ordered my food a double quarter pounder and a big mac. I got my food right away but I had to wait 10 minutes for my fries so that means I had vary hot fries but cold burgers and while I was waiting for my food the manager is seeing the line getting bigger and does not help all while the only cashier is dropping everything.
The place is also a mess,
I don’t recommend going there.

Mac makes this joint! That is the most kickass display! Dropped in for a Chocolate Chip Frappé and was greeted by friendly attentive staff, the location was clean, sevice was quick, all was good and before exiting, I felt compelled to snap a selfie with Mac.

This place is a dump! My last visit included a fly in my fries. I don’t know about you, but cleanliness at a restaurant I eat at should be a top priority. After my occurrence I returned for a refund, got my money back but no apology from the manager. This location needs a visit from the health inspector, until then I will be visiting the million other Mcdonalds locations around me.

What an unexpected surprise. Not only was this Mickey D’s clean, not only were the staff diligent and helpful, but I tried the bacon mcdouble and couldn’t have been happier. I was in such a daze from work, I didn’t even realize that I wasn’t given the proper change back, so the cashier rectified this with a smile.
The interior was pristine – I could tell they made a concerted effort to keep it this way. However, I was left bamboozled as to their choice of decoration. The ‘piano player’ in the middle of the dining area made me a bit uneasy (see attached photo) Why is the moon-​man smiling? Why is he wearing a suit that cost more than mine? Why does he have a cord coming out from his pants? I have so many questions…

Every once in a while we go to McD’s for the quick service and because the McRib is back and my husband just had to have it.
In all honesty I’ve been to much cleaner, way better McDonald’s than this one. There’s always something wrong here. Either it’s dirty, or the food doesn’t come out when it’s supposed to. The other day I ordered chicken McNuggets I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to what? Take all the chicken bits and grind em up all nice and fresh and make the nuggets out of them because they ran out? I hate when a quick service restaurant isn’t quick.
Will I be back, probably because this is right by my house. Will I be happy about it? Probably not, but what can I do? Go down the road to Rosemont!

I don’t know why I sometimes subject myself to this place. I compare it to messing around with a girl who is annoying & not the best looking, but once in a while you go back (knowing you shouldn’t) because she sometimes does that thing you like (you know what I’m getting at). Then afterward you mutter to yourself «why the hell did I just do this again? I need to stop!»
All analogies aside, we’re all aware of the bad reputation affiliated with McDonald’s involving unhealthiness & sub par quality food. Although they’re trying like hell, seemingly, to improve these issues, their food is still mediocre at best. But I, like many people, out of convenience & desperation will indulge in quarter pounderly bliss every-​so often.
