Wendy’s

It’s a Wendy’s… The drive thru isn’t that slow whenever I have gone there. Food is typical Wendy’s, and is always hot when I’ve eaten there.

Won’t go back to this location. Not only are they super slow but witnessed about three people come in to order food and leave after us cause they waited to long for someone to come to the register.
They also screwed up our order, forget to give us drink cups and our food was like warm. Looks like I should have checked out the ratings before we went here.

What do you know… I look on Unilocal!and this place already has (1) star! Everyone who left a review gave it (1) star! Corporate… are you investigating this?
I wish I can post a picture of my Caesar side salad with a bug in it!!! I’ve notified Wendy’s 2 days ago and still awaiting a response. Besides the salad, my Fresh Cut Fries tasted like cardboard!
They need to close this Wendy’s down!!! You hear that corporate?
Replace it with a Culver’s…fresh!

If I was able to give them NO stars. or even negative, I would! First things first, I live in this area, and I actually love Wendys food. but I simply refuse to go to this location for a million reasons.
First, these employees do not find it at all important to ever be on top of things. For example, getting to you quickly, or something as easy as GETTING YOUR ORDER CORRECT! Really, how hard is your job? I can’t tell you how many times I have either came back around (more than once), or LEFT because they took SO long to take my order. Its SO ridiculous, especially when there is not one other person in the drive thru. Even worse, when THEY messed up my order, I never heard an apology. Just attitude, and a huff and puff. like I was the problem?! Excuse me.
Second, there hasn’t been one time my food didn’t come back cold. I don’t mean warm. I mean basically a frozen burger with cheese on it. Again, is your job that difficult? I understand that you feel the need to close and go home is more important. but if you did it correctly the first time, I’d be gone, and you can continue on your merry way.
Clearly, this location has nothing but bad reviews for a reason. I am shocked they are even open after all the people who refuse to go here. Soon, I’m sure. This place and the employees that work there have one thing in common. Nothing going for them. I will not ever be returning. Ill drive an extra couple miles to the next one.

Worst Wendy’s around!!! Urgh! Repeated my order back to me perfectly but when I get home and missing items I checked my receipt and it was wrong? How does that even make sense? Don’t go here! Take the drive down to the one on North ave!

This Wendy’s sucks

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, one value fry, one small fry, one junior bacon cheeseburger, spicy nuggets… received four cheeseburgers, two value fries, no nuggets… good job Wendy’s…you suck

Look at the provided picture and tell me that’s a baked potato.

Particularly at night… Food is usually cold. Portions are poor and not what the should be (usually skimp on bacon on the sandwich, fries are usually cold and greasy, and chicken on my salad is meager) on multiple occasions. It’s a miracle if things are on point. they haven’t been able to fudge up my frosty’s…Yet.
On the bright side. I’ve been here during lunch hour… food is very fresh (cheese is melting on the sandwich!). .fries are tall, golden, and crisp. and salads look more full and hearty.
Anyway after my most recent night visit… I just gave up.
I drove back around the drive-thru.showed the manager the pathetic sandwiches i was given. complained of the cold bun and sad looking dry beef patty and the one piece of bacon crumpled on my jr. bacons.
I guess I pissed the «manager» off with embarrassment and he wasn’t able to do the manager thing and say «SORRY bout that! give me that back and wait a few minutes for the freshest juiciest Jr. bacons ever. and here is a frosty while you wait for your trouble. Please come back»…Nope.he just gave me back my $$ like a chubby chump with poor people skills. .
Took those $ 6 bucks and got the freshest juiciest bacon sliders from white castle down the street.

Their drive thru service is often slow. The food isn’t always hot.
Sometimes they don’t bother to look If anybody is at the front counter.

NO! This place does not honor manufacturer’s coupons. Also, when I tried to order a regular combo meal, I asked to substitute french fries for a salad, and pop with a bottled water. The general manager said that could NOT be done. I would have to pay extra to do this. I told her that ALL Wendy’s I’ve been to in North America allow for substitution of items. Just not her Wendy’s.
I won’t be going back.
