Very poorly managed. They claim to follow their clients through their transformation journey but they lose interest in tracking you once they have you signed up. My trainer just left the business while I was in a program and I didn’t get the«full» end of tracking and evaluation services I paid for. He didn’t even tell me he was leaving. I found out when I went to the front desk to make an appointment. Now they have suddenly changed management and again, staff didn’t communicate any changes to me when I inquired about a scheduled class I showed up to take but it had been cancelled even though it was not listed as cancelled on the daily schedule that morning. Whatever you do don’t pay for more than a month in advance. You could very likely end up getting screwed.

I didn’t even know 100% Fit was so close to me; I pass it every time I go to the Franklin Farmer’s Market! It was on my list of options for ClassPass. It looks to be a total wellness facility with other body services than fitness classes. The 100% Fit class I did was a mix of strength and tabata/high intensity interval training. I was shaking and sweating within the first 5 minutes! The instructor was super nice and motivating; she had great energy and reminded me of Julianne Hough. There was a great mix of people in the room, including a guy and senior lady who kicked my butt. You can push yourself safely and modify exercises as needed. It was truly a total body workout and really worth trying!

I am known for my opinionted personality, so please take this review to heart! 100%Fit is my new favorite place to work out. The trainers and staff take the time to know you and you’re not just a number to them. One of my favorite aspects of their classes is their emphasis on good technique. Throughout the whole class, they remind you of the proper form you should be using and why you should be using it. They combine this proper techinque with light weights, ultimately preventing injury! I always feel like I have had a solid work out that I can be proud of when I leave. You are really missing out if you have not yet tried 100%Fit!
