Waited 10 min with my two kids while 4 people bustled about avoiding eye contact. I was not in a hurry so I waited patiently and was pleasant. Joking even. I think it was the manager who finally took our order and then she gave me the smallest ball of ice cream I think I’ve ever seen. I got Short Scooped on a Saturday! Haha. My 11 year old said, «Wow that’s a tiny one.» At which point it became a matter of principle. I waited 10 min for another spoonful which they pretty much threw at me. We eventually got our stuff and the lady next to me said«I guess they don’t like us customers much.» We laughed and left but REALLY is it so tough to run an ice cream store?

Spent 5 minutes waiting in line while a guy literally swept the floor. When I finally said excuse me, he said«hang on» and went into the back. After a minute or so, I decided I wasn’t waiting and left.

Like others say– great ice cream but apparently pride in work is not a priority on the evening shifts. For what I paid for ice cream I feel very cheated in how they dipped the product. Averaging $ 2 a scoop on a sundae I should have two full scoops, not a scoop and a teaspoonful. And why take my order at Drivethru and then get it all wrong at the window??? Thinking twice before buying here again. Blue Bell is a better value.

Good ice cream, poor customer service. Acts like they don’t want to be working there. The Location in downtown historic franklin is always friendly tho

Great product, never greeted, all staff really busy, stood at register a while, Mohamed noticed me, very professional, Amanda shouted her register passcode to him from the ice cream counter so he cd check me out, I waited so long that I gave up on ordering a second item. It’s always pretty slow in here and the staff training seems like it cd be improved somewhat. Bought the sheet cake I came in for, $ 40, we will enjoy.
