Stopped in for a late dinner after a concert… this was thinly place open at 10:30 in our area(other than a few fast food places.) Chili’s is what Chili’s is and if you’ve been here… you’ve seen it all. Very polite server and bartender — even after a long shift waiting tables, both made us feel welcome. Extensive menu and a couple of meh… beers on tap. I opted for the Sam Adams Seasonal. My friend had a really good Pasilla Chili Chicken. Grilled chicken breast topped with a special pasilla-honey chile sauce, side of corn & black bean salsa. Served with warm quinoa & wheatberry blend and steamed broccoli. He thought it was great for the Calories and price. I had the boneless Buffalo chicken salad which was topped with slices of crispy-coated chicken breast, then drizzled with mild Buffalo sauce. Applewood smoked bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, house-made pico de gallo & crispy tortilla strips, with house-made ranch dressing & a drizzle of ancho-chile sauce topped the massive plate of mixed greens.(Not sure where the 1050 calories supposed came from. that seems high.) Salad was fine but I only finished about half… just too big. Would have been fair to split it. So…nothing to write home about… just enough to post on Unilocal as I search for something better to fill my after-concert dinner desires.

When my friend and I walked into the restraunt we were not sure what to do as far as getting a table. We waiting in the lobby for a while looking for an employee or host to seat us. I tried to get the bartenders attention… no luck. About 3 min later we were sat at a booth. The server took our drink & appetizer order. I ordered a Blackberry Smash as well as 2 cokes for myself and friend. She came back with the soda and guacamole in a timely manner. I know getting drinks from the bar takes a little whild so I wasn’t surprised the coctail didnt arrive at the same time as the soda. We got our entrees and started eating. Still no drink. I finally asked her and she got it from bar. I had almost forgotten about ordering it to begin with at this point. The service was poor but the food was average.

PITIFUL! We’ve been regulars at this location for 3 years. I’ve never seen as much turn over with GM personnel as I’ve seen at this location. With that said, overall service is the worst I’ve ever experienced!!! They just lost a regular customer

I was in a party of 6 who came for lunch. Unfortunately, it took almost an hour and a half for us to end up with togo boxes that contained 80% of what we ordered which we paid full price for. Once our order was taken, we only saw our server every 25 minutes, 2 out of the 6 of us got refills, and our chips and salsa was never refilled despite her taking it and promising us more. It was a miserable experience that a few refills and some communication would have easily fixed. The person in our group who did not receive his food(after getting back to work and discovering it was not in the togo bag we were given), returned to the restaurant to talk to the manager who, according to him, was uncaring. She did inform him that the kitchen was understaffed due to an accident earlier in the day, which explained the slow speed of food coming out of the kitchen, but it did nothing to explain the bad communication from the entire staff. I would probably call this the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

I’ve only been a few times but I think I’ve given them all the chances I can. I’ve just sat at the bar and the girl has been the same. She is super sweet, however the quality of food is pretty non existent. I went in for lunch today and ordered a salad with chicken, the first several pieces I tried were fatty and chewy so I decided to just work around it. When I was done, there was no follow up to see how it was. I elected to let her know that the chicken wasn’t very edible and she said she would tell someone. She came back and rang me up full price. I was disappointed with this — no manager to apologize, no discount for serving me food I could only eat portions of, just pretty complacent in the customer service department. Overall it’s not a terrible experience, but I feel like I’m wasting my money going there and I get the impression that no one working there really cares any way.

The food was good, but it took a very long time for our order to arrive. My sister ordered the sliders and saw something about garlic dilll pickles. They weren’t on the burger so she asked. They brought some out, but they were terrible. I thought they tasted more like garlic bread and butter pickles. Not sure why the service was so slow. Then the Ziosk didn’t work. We printed out the receipt and it tore it all up. When we were trying to fill or the survey for them, the touch screen didn’t work either.

Needs new management. I can’t remember the last time we had a meal here without something going wrong. We only went today because of a kids birthday party. Today, our waiter was nice, but, they were terribly understaffed. Dirty tables sat for an hour while we waited to be seated. With most of the restaurant empty, we still had to wait a long time for our food. And one of the kitchen staff didn’t wash their hands after using the restroom. I gave two stars because the staff was friendly, but I’m avoiding this location from now on.

I’m not sure what is going on at this place!?! You can’t replace service with a tablet and the greeters at the door need people skills. The staff is not focused on the patrons, servers walk around leisurely as if they’re there held against their will. One night I witnessed one of the managers taking care of hosting, catering to tables, taking orders, and cleaning tables once folks left. Appeared to be plenty of staff around, they must have other things to do… Ziosk blows, find a better vendor for hardware & train your staff on catering to people who come and eat!

Not a huge fan of Chili’s in general, although the menu reboot has done them some good. The service at this particular location, however, does leave quite a bit to be desired. To avoid this issue, I get my orders to go, where the service is hit and miss.

Used there mobil app to order some take out. It asked if I wanted to used the curb side service and what type of car I would be driving. it said they would bring the food out to my car. I pulled into a spot marked for curbside and waited. About ten minutes later I decided to go in and check on it. There was a sign said for curbside pickup please see bartender. I have used curb side at several other places and they come right out and get your payment and if your order isnt ready they tell you and bring it out when it is. My order was already cold. What really got me was there were several servers sitting at a table rolling up silver ware into napkins at the curbside pickup and should have seen me waiting there. also two employees came out to smoke yet nobody thought to check on the guy waiting in curbside. Very poor service.

I love Chili’s and have eaten at the all over the United states, but don’t waste your hard earned money or time with this one. It took almost an hour to get our food and we were never offered a refill on drinks. Our waitress was full of excuses and we were horrified to hear the manager yell at the kitchen staff«Don’t even think about asking me for a break!» When our food finally got to our table, it was less than warm and we immediately asked for to go boxes because we were late for hair appointment… had to wait for the boxes as well. We could have walked the check, but we’re too honest. Our waitress said the manager was going to discount our bill but he never came back to the table. I found him before we left, but he just gave me a blank stare when I brought it up. I plan on contacting their corporate office because judgIng from their other reviews, they obviously have a big problem at this location. I struck up a conversation with a woman at the hair salon and told her about our experience and ironically she had the same bad experience under the same manager’s watch. Now I will say the food tastes ok — but we could tell it sat out for a while before we got it.

First of all, the hostess was a bitch. She acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with us and had an awful attitude. The waitress was the same way. She didn’t keep our drinks refilled and was quiet and hard to understand when she talked. My food came out so much later then everyone else’s. Everyone was done eating by the time mine was done! The cook messed up and had to start over cooking it. When the waitress handed me my plate she didn’t warm me that it was hot and I burned my hand and nearly dropped my food. Later I had to ask for burn cream for my hand because it started to blister! The food didn’t taste good and it was cold and the salad was dry! It was the worst chilis experience I’ve ever had and I will not go back!

I saw the two star rating and thought no way Chili’s could be bad… Well I was wrong. On Cinco de Mayo, certainly figured there would be a wait but the hostess said it’s a 30 minute wait… Oh I mean one hour wait. We looked around the half empty restaurant and said why?(Literally half the tables were empty and clean) She responded that they didn’t have enough kitchen staff and had a big rush.(You think, it’s cinco de Mayo, no surprise there) So we asked if we could just be seated and get drinks, she said no I’m not allowed to seat anyone else. Horrible… Listen to the reviews, they speak the truth.

Absolutely awful location. I’m sure we are all Aware that all Chilli’s products are premade but this location can’t even warmup thoese products right. The fries were stale and dry. The chicken had no taste and the texture of rubber. The molten cake was off as well. Too sweet and not moist like it usually should be. Honestly after eating here last night I am considering not eating at Chilli’s ever again at any location. I left this place absolutely disgusted with myself for what I put in my body. Just awful!

This is by far the worst Chilis I have been too. Service was just as bad as the food. The food was cold and looked grosser than it tasted. The place was dirty, the urinal didn’t flush and the bathroom was enough to make you gag. There is a reason this place is empty. Stay away.

The place was half empty and the hostess told us that it was going to be a 20 minute wait because they were really struggling tonight. Turns out she was right. When we were seated the waitress told us that we could sit on her section but it was going to take a really really long time to get to us. She was right also! After a while we just all left and went to Famous Dave’s across the street. I don’t think they noticed in the least. It’s a real shame because we really were looking forward to it.

It’s a shame that I HAVE to give this Chili’s one star. I’ve been to many Chili’s restaurants in my life and this is the worst one that I can’t believe is still open. My husband and I used to frequent this location to have dinner when I worked at Cool Springs Galleria. The staff used to be great and the food was delicious. However, lately the staff has gotten very lazy and the food quality was sucky. On our last visit, we ordered the skillet queso, and after having a bite wondered if the recipe had been changed because it tasted so bad. The waiter brought us our food, but didn’t bother to check on us the rest of the time we were there, even when we tried to get his attention because my salad was not fresh. There were no water refills either, so needless to say this waiter got a very bad tip for horrible service. We will no longer frequent this location and stick to the locations near where we live.

We went to try out this restaurant. Matt had told Tony that the Ribs was really good! So, while out one day shopping at the Cool Springs Mall, we said«WHYNOT?» so we went. The restaurant was very clean and bright. not enough tvs available to watch for Tony’s taste but the décor was very lovely and very mexican… with the bright oranges, yellows and reds. We ordered the 2 for $ 20 …we choose the Queso Dip and chips for the appetizer and he took the ½ rack of ribs and i chose the chicken fajitas… very good choices. I drank my usual unsweetened tea with lemon and lime and Tony had budweiser Light draft…2 for one happy hour special. we had a great meal. The chips were so thin and awesome!!! We really enjoyed the queso dip. It was very tasty with meat and cheese and jalapenos. I loved it. We will go again!!!
