Been here many times. Total dopes behind the counter. Bagels are ok at best. So wish there was a real NY bagel place in cool springs that was not from a chain store.

The food is great and quick. The staff is very friendly. The girls shorts are intirely too short and they text while on the clock which is kinda unprofessional but what evs.. .

Bagels are very fresh and yummy. Best bagels I have tasted, they are moist, not hard and dry like many other brands.
I like their Grab and Go boxes with a bakers dozen bagles of various types inside. You can get in and out in under a minute.
