Skin 2NV

I received a really nasty message from Skin 2NV after some lotion I used stained their sauna. I had been there twice and only used the lotion once, but they accused me of ruining both saunas??? It was the first time I had ever even used it so I had no idea. I’m a girly girl, I love trying new products and I genuinely feel bad if something was ruined. Obviously, had I known I would not have used it. The email I received was unnecessarily nasty. Accusing me of ruining both of their saunas (which I didn’t) and then telling me not to come back. That could have been handled much more professionally than it was and it’s unfortunate that they treat customers that way. The place is nice, but for me customer service is everything. I wouldn’t return there if someone paid me to.

Wonderful experience!!! Deborah is a skin doctor! When I left I did not need to apply any foundation or concealer… my skin looked beautiful.
I have lived most of my life in Chicago and Scottsdale, Arizona. I have always been able to get a great facial due to the plethora of spas in those particular areas. I have always had facials to maintain and improve the look of my skin. However, I am used to having an esthetician look at my skin and evaluate my needs, not me telling the esthetician. I do not believe ordering a facial off of a «menu» is a good fit for me. I want my esthetician to look at my skin and determine what my skin needs. I get a facial on a monthly or bi-​monthly basis… and I will continue to go to Deborah from now on. She gave me the most relaxing and fantastic facial. The environment is immaculate, quiet, and everyone is very professional. I would recommend Skin2NV to everyone!

Himalayan Fruit Facial
Went in off a groupon. Booked appt online which was cumbersome but at least they had online service. I booked a 5pm and was the only customer there.
Very nice facility, room was large, heated table, with light music in the room. Did a consultation and proceeded with service. Took about an hour including hand massage. Skin felt great after but I didn’t like the moisturizer at the end. Too much for my skin.
There wasn’t much extraction done and that’s why I do facials. I only do them quarterly or sometimes longer because I hate products in my skin so I was disappointed.
I would go back but try another person.

I have never had a facial before. Ever. Never did I even contemplate getting a facial before, never. However, I happened to be in the neighborhood when they had their grand opening a few days ago, and Laura convinced me to get one. This was definitely the best decision I have made in a long time. I got a basic facial, and she recommended something called an enzyme peel because apparently my pores are garbage. Well, my face has never felt any better and looked and more vibrant. It was very relaxing as well!!! I’ve already booked my next one, and I guess now I’ll keep going back. My skin feels absolutely fantastic!!!
