Hampton Inn

I think that this must be the best hotel in Franklin. Nice, big, clean, and new rooms. The coffee/​tea selection in the lobby, throughout the day, is great to have. I have stayed here twice now and will continue to each time I visit Franklin! Definitely, definitely worth the higher price (compared to some other hotels in town).

I checked in late after hiking for six days in the smokeys. I was exhausted and Bruce the night time attendant provided great customer service. He expedited my check in the get me in as fast as possible. Also, I really enjoyed the waffles and coffee in morning.

I checked in late but was very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast is well done and is actually laid out better than I typically see. Recommend for a quality stay.

We stayed at the hotel between venues of a showcase baseball tournament at Western Carolina University. The hotel is very nice, clean and up to date. The lobby and breakfast is quite large offing plenty of room for those enjoying the businesses continental breakfast. When traveling for our baseball trips, I try to find family friendly, safe and clean hotels and this hotel met each of those requirements. Since we are constantly on the move and spend very little time at the hotels, I try to be very budget conscious when booking a room. I will have to say the hotel was one of the nicest we stayed at during our 2015 travel summer baseball season but it was the most expensive we paid for a one night stay.

We went there after a hiking trip and it was a great stay — staff were very nice and courteous, they provided us with whatever we forgot… rooms were clean and with good amenities including Wi fi, microwave, fritz, coffee maker… nice location right by a strip mall too…

Really impressive. The front desk associates were cheery and helpful (dinner recommendations, call your room and ask if everything is okay). It almost looks like it’s been recently remodeled, or just well kept. The room was big and stylish/​nice décor. The comforter and pillows had feathers and were super soft. The huge LG TV had not one, but 4 HBO channels (I know, it’s easy to win my heart with electronics). The bathroom had a nice high countertop (which we tall people like). Just felt warm and cozy. Nicely equipped fitness room. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast was good with excellent coffee. Geez, even the vending machines were nice. If that wasn’t enough, they have «on the run» bags at the checkout desk for guests, with water, fruit and a cereal bar. Nice job guys!!! The wifi was however a little sluggish but free.

Typical Hampton Inn, it was clean, quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. It was conveniently located with banks and a WalMart and Ingles located nearby.

It’s a hotel. Breakfast is worth missing though.
