This use to be my favorite location. Ordered online which is convenient. Staff is friendly. Reason for 1 star is they skimped on the meat. I paid $ 11 for a giant sub with as much meat for a half of a 6 inch… Literally maybe 2 cm of meat. You get more at subway. I don’t feel like someone should pay this much for lettuce and bread (which is dry even with the «juices») Also my boyfriend found 3 hairs in his. Totally understandable that sh** happens but the whole experience was very disappointing. Save your money and your tastebuds and head to Lenny’s in cool springs or get the nice people at Publix to make you a sandwich.

I read the other reviews and decided to go anyways. I’ve never been to a bad Jersey Mikes. This one was great! Very friendly employees! Food was awesome and came out quick! I would definitely go back.

I used to be an employee for Jersey Mikes and I worked for the company for several years at this location. I was incredibly disappointed in the service that I received today at this store. There were only two employees working an they were both incredibly slow and messed up many sandwiches. What should have only taken us 15 minutes with the line to order took us 45 minutes. They were poorly trained and poorly staffed. I love jersey mikes and I love having this location nearby but they seriously need to get their act together.

I don’t normally write reviews online. But I was shocked to see the low score this store had. I go here twice a week on average. I am newer to the area, but really dug this place once I found it. I travel a LOT. I have eaten at some of the best places in the country. (Casual and semi formal) I have been to a lot of the places you might see on TV. My standards are very high as a result. I suppose I’m a little spoiled. That said, this might be the only «chain» that I can count on to always be excellent. I’ve been to several locations around t he U.S., and this particular Jersey Mike’s beats them all. PARTICULARLY because of the Customer Service. Not sure what anyone else could complain about. As for comparing it to Quizno’s: PLEASE! There is NO comparison! Quiznos serves a mediocre chintzy and overpriced product that reminds me of food in an airport. Jersey Mike’s is perhaps the best sandwich in town. That’s my two cents anyway. My fave? Medium Rare Roast Beef on Wheat. MIKE’S WAY. With Cherry Pepper Relish. Trust me. It rocks.

stay away worst customer service ever. the cheese steaks are good but so overpriced and worst slow inaccurate service ever!!!
Go to Quiznos on new 96 highway west. great prime rib sliced fresh and quick and more affordable!!!

Someone must have called in sick today. Line of customers was horribly backed up. Had to bail and head to Bleachers for lunch.
