Subway

The people at this Subway have no fucking clue about making sandwiches, nor do they care. My steak and cheese was smothered in mustard with vinaigrette on top of the meat instead of the veggies, so the whole thing was just a wet mess. Maybe they should stick to something they know and just serve curry.

Communication here is absolutely atrocious. We ordered online at
, this was the closest Subway store to us, and when my husband went to pick up, they had no idea and insisted that they don’t receive online orders. Mind you, to order online you have to pay online, so we had already paid. We ordered online because we had a time crunch to get to the airport. Screw that time crunch. The manager was called and insisted our order had been canceled on our end. It had not. We had to give them our confirmation number for them to admit they even received our order. Then we had to wait for them to make the sandwiches in front of us. Waste of time. Waste of communication. Waste of service. Never again.

While Subway may not be fine dining, it usually offers a quick and reasonably healthy alternative to fast food. So props to Subway. However, this one, not so good. While I have not had a bad sandwich here, I have had bad service and several things that I have not ordered. The people that own and work at this franchise are of Southeast-​Asian descent. While this is fine, many of you who have tried to call tech support in the past can attest to the difficulty in understanding a thick accent from this region. This may account for the several mistakes that they often make when I am trying to order. Last time I went in, I asked for a subway club and got turkey. No roast beef, no ham, just turkey. If you correct them while they are making it they do offer apologies and fix the problem, but sometimes trying to communicate with them is just not worth it. Twice that I have been there for lunch they have been out of all bread except their standard white/​Italian bread. Other than that, everything has been OK here. They are a little slow, but not so much as to be overly bothered by it. Mostly, the food is fine, its just the communication issues that bother me.
