DONOTSHIPWITHTHISSTOREORUPS. If they damage items in the shipment or steal something, as what happened to me, this franchise location and UPS will deny the claim and there are no repercussions. Shipped Christmas gifts from this locations to Philly. One of the packages had a food processor and weighed 33lbs total. When we opened it up the package weighed 5lbs and the food processor was gone but the package had been taped shut. So we file a claim, take pictures, repeatedly follow up only to be denied not only buy UPS but this terrible franchise location as well. Each time we talked to someone they placed the blame with one another. Talked to a worker who used a technicality that they«don’t work for UPS» yet UPS contacted them to see if they would cover the missing item, and the franchise said no but lied to us on the phone. Terrible service. Ship USPS or FedEx. We are now out over 260 dollars in total for item and shipping. Either someone at this franchise stole the item or someone at UPS. Either way no one is accepting responsibility. They are blaming it on «bad» packaging… then where the hell did the food processor go??? Check online tons of stories like this. Due your due diligence and save yourself the hassle of dealing with them. Good luck.

The staff was very unfriendly. I will not return here, the U.S. Post offices are more personable.
