An outstanding establishment, I am truly pleased with the service I have received here in the past.

Yo, I can’t tell you anything about printing or copying services. With the availability and cost effectiveness of home printers, I was surprised this former Kinko’s still existed.
What I can tell you is that I walked in comp shopping some shipping supplies so I can sell some wares on eBay and I was delighted by their vast selection and reasonable costs. The prices here were much more reasonable than the «big box» office supply store up the street. Because of this, I actually bought some supplies here.
I remember way back in the day I paid to use the internet here instead of, you know, using it for free at one of the 50 libraries in a 3 mile radius. God I was a dumb kid…
Service was a little slow, but that’s to be expected at a shipping place a few days before XMas. The workers looked a little tired but came as quick as they could and they were also pleasant.

I have had several bad experiences here, and today was no different. My husband could not get our home printer to print, so I sent a pattern I wanted to the FedEx Office store online. I specifically requested black and white print on card stock. When I arrived, the person quickly found my prints but when he pulled them out, they were in color and on regular paper. He asked if those would work. Umm… no. I was using them for a pattern to cut fabric from and stick pins into… I needed the card stock for the durability. He pulled out the paperwork and looked – I had indeed selected card stock and black-​and-​white. He took them back and handed them to the employee that I assume made the mistake. I heard him muttering something about the incorrect copies being better. I must mention the only part in color was the title – something I was going to cut off anyway. I was annoyed he was talking about me, so I asked him if he ever cut out fabric out from a pattern. He sarcastically said, «All the time.» We went back and fourth for awhile and I was getting really perturbed with his obnoxious attitude. I don’t think it is unreasonable to get what you ordered for and paid for! Like I said above, this is not the first time I have had trouble (and attitude) from this place. Go elsewhere!
