I was gonna give this place 5 stars for the amazing skinny fries and mozzarella sticks but then I saw a HAIR in the fries and of course got grossed out. Went up to the counter to tell them and they barely apologized and said they would remake it. Didn’t even sit back down and heard the cooks laughing about it. Needless to say it didn’t take long for me to go back up to the counter and ask for my money back. Never coming back here again.

I love Jerry’s. The subs are excellent and the delivery is always on time. Staff is great in stores too. It is a bit expensive in my opinion but at least it’s good. My daughter loves the pizza here too!

Been a fan of Jerry’s for a long time. Hadn’t tried this location. The store is decent and the food was good as expected. I can’t help but comment that the person at the register could use some help in the customer service department and the way they put food out when dinning in is odd — it’s place up on the ledge and you have to walk around other’s eating to grab it. So, good as you would expect from Jerry’s but this location should boost it’s customer service.

Despite the fact that it was 7 on a Saturday night and there was no one in line the service was very slow. We were heading to the movies after and had to eat quickly since the order took so long. Once it arrived, it was unacceptable but we didn’t have time to address it. As you can see from the photo I posted, the double meat original sub was less than expected.

This place is horrible and has the worst customer service. We called for delivery and had a coupon for 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $ 19.99. We asked for 2 plain cheese since we did not want the toppings. They person who answered the phone said they could not take the coupon unless I added 2 toppings to the pizza… ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I told them that I was saving them money but not getting toppings and they just said «my manager said we couldn’t». I then told them I would never order from them again and that I would call a real pizza place and they said «really you don’t want to order?» I said not only will I not order ever again I would also let everyone know how ridiculous this place is… Don’t think this place will last.

Chain pizzerias are a dime a dozen and this one doesn’t deviate from the formula of cookie cutter crust, generic cheese and a sauce bordering on the bland side in order to avoid offending customer taste buds. On the plus side they have Convenient online ordering when most places lack on this front. Also consistency is key and you know what you are going to get… provided you’ve been there before.
