After 20 faithful years of taking my family to LensCrafters I will never again go back thanks to the manager of this store. I know my insurance I know what it covers and I know what a pair of glasses should cost me. He tried to rip me off to the tune of $ 60 and argued with me for 20 minutes over the math. It was downright insulting to my intelligence. I showed him on a calculator 3 times how much the glasses should cost and he kept insisting that according to his computer screen which he would not show me the difference was $ 60. He was adding on extras that were already covered by my insurance and was being sneaky about it. I proceeded to take my business elsewhere where I got the exact same glasses for the exact cost that I calculated in this store. I will go back only long enough to get his name so that I can file a complaint with the corporate office.
