Food okay, counter staff very nice. For the second time I was asked mid-meal to move my car from a normal parking place since they were expecting a delivery soon. There were never any signs posted alerting anyone of this. I was there with my 2 grandkids. By the time we moved the car to an acceptable spot, our food was colder than normal. They had no concern for the customer!!! We will NEVER return to this location and probably not any Mcdonalds. Roy Rogers and Burger King is much better.

Has to be one of the WORST I’ve been to: they put the woman with limited skills in English on the drive-thru mic and orders are inevitably wrong. Food is obviously thrown together with a lack of care or standards. Excellent example of why McDonald’s is not doing well these days.

Terrible! This one 50ish woman with glasses and blondeish hair is very rude. The first time I ordered when she was there she blamed me for not being able to hear me when he headset was the problem. She said«I didn’t hear you» with the WORST attitude. My friend and I complained online that night because we also paid extra for our extra chicken patties and they never gave it to us. Then I went back a few weeks later and the woman was as there again. She must HATE her job because she never said a word to me. She is terrible at customer service!!! I never have these problems with the Hispanic women that work there.

Solely in comparison to other McDonalds I’ve been to… This location is the best. Clean, updated interior, friendly staff, short waiting time, and noticeably«fresher» foods than other joints. The parking lot is however a mess.

We were cruisin’ down 270 on a weekend adventure and needed a snack, saw the Golden Arches on the highway sign and took the exit. What followed was a confusing series of traffic circles and u-turns to actually get to the promised McDonald’s — I’m really not sure how that traffic pattern is supposed to work, but it’s like the neighborhood’s developers were actively trying to prevent you from taking advantage of your God-given right to two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun. Once we’d finished circling the building like confused vultures, we parked and entered. This is a very new McDonald’s, with their latest look and feel — rich décor and warm lighting that bear no resemblance to the plasticky red-and-yellow restaurants my family patronized when I was growing up. I was also pleased to see that this McD’s displays calories next to each item — sometimes it’s a little vague or confusing, but it does help you understand the dietary horrors of any choice on the menu. While the drive-thru was fairly mobbed, there was no line inside and we quickly ordered our snack. Unlike many of the stores closer to DC, this one has a pretty extensive soda and condiments bar — which includes two dispensers of sweet tea and one of unsweetened. Everything was clean and neat, and our food was ready in no time flat. I was disappointed to see signs advising that spending any longer than 30 minutes consuming your food in this McD’s is considered loitering — while I understand that they don’t want people to sit around all day using the wi-fi, that seems ridiculously short(have you seen a large family with children attempt to get everyone fed in 30 minutes?). I can’t imagine that they have such a huge problem with actual loitering that they need to make people feel unwelcome with these signs.
