McDonald’s

Went here back in 2013 for breakfast and let me tell you the food was disgusting. The egg tasted rotten and the cheese wasn’t melted. I was damn near sick for two days.

Say buddy, you want to see something? Nah, not what’s in this trench coat, something scarier, much scarier. It’s in this white bag you see.
What is it you ask? It’s suppose to be a plain cheeseburger but as you can see it’s the back half of a three month old McRub sandwich I think.
You wanna eat it? Don’t blame ya.
So just keep going. There’s a BK up the street. They may get it right and sell something fresh (er).

Absolutely abysmal. We’ve foolishly tried this McDonald’s drive-​thru more than once (and for the last time, as of last night, 10/​04/​2014), and each time it’s been nothing short of infuriating. 20-​minute wait times, no apologies or even basic conversation by the employees at the window, and last night when we asked to speak to a manager, JANE appeared at the window and kept interrupting with, «STORE manager. Talk to the STORE manager». Sarcastic tone, no apology, just plain rude and nasty! Unfortunately, «the fish stinks from the head» because we have tried calling the store manager directly in the past, and have received the same crappy, indifferent attitude. Frederick has many choices – this restaurant doesn’t deserve your patronage. And after «service» like that, we were afraid to even consume the food we ordered. NEGATIVE stars!

The drive thru line was abnormally long for a mid-​late afternoon so we decided to go in and order.
Not one person was at the register, including a McDonald’s worker. We waited several minutes until someone greeted us and in the middle of our order, another employee (both young) came out and they started joking around and laughing back and forth. Then he needed us to repeat order (which didn’t surprise me).
After order and paying, we waiting about 5 minutes until we had to ask for our cups… and when we were given our bag, we also had to grab their attention behind the counter again to ask for our hot fudge sunday. They were too busy joking around with eachother that they couldn’t even keep track of customers orders.
Not to mention, there were nats flying ALL around all the drink area.
Upon arriving home, our apple buys that we purchased said «use through 5:28PM 09−19−14». Let me tell you it’s ⁹⁄₂₀ and it’s 6:09.
Will not be visiting this un-​professional, dirty McDonald’s again.

Fast service, friendly staff. Extremely busy McDonalds.
