PBT salons are always nice and offer a wide range of beds, but I’m not a huge fan of this location. For one, the tanning beds are kind of in cubicles as opposed to actual rooms. This means you can’t turn on a radio station of your choice, and it also just doesn’t feel as private. The lock on the door is just a sliding plastic piece which is fine and I know it shouldn’t bother me, but it just doesn’t feel as comfortable as an actual lock. The staff doesn’t seem as friendly as the staff at the location at FSK, and every time I’ve gone in it seems like they’re more concerned with hanging out with each other than the customers.
It’s not awful, but if you’re somewhere between the two Frederick locations I wouldn’t pick this one.

So all in all this place is just an average tanning place. What’s nice is that it is clean and they do have good quality tanning beds and a nice variety of spray tan options such as the mystic tan and the versa tan. The reason this place only gets two stars is that the customer service sucked. When I asked to speak for a manager there’s never there never seem to be a manager available to talk to so I can complain instead I just get blank stares and a lot of attitude. I would go here except for that fact. I’ll update this review when I find a better place
