I found this florist to be way to expensive I went in to pick up some fresh cut flowers and was shocked at the cost unbelievable. The owner Tracy is very rude if you need flowers I would say to get them from the other side the main land better quality and much better price, would not use Flowers By the Bay in Freeland Wa ever. If you need to send flowers call the area you want them delivered directly use the local florist there save yourself from Tracy’s rudeness and fees.

Ordered a bouquet over the phone, wanted a dozen roses and some other higher end flowers. Total $ 100, seemed reasonable, actually got 4 roses and some lilies and Alstroemeria. Incredibly dissatisfied. Save your money and some aggravation, buy flowers from the grocery store next door.

When I set my sights on sending a cousin flowers, I knew I didn’t want to go the mega-online-flower-delivery route. I wanted a real, honest-to-goodness, local florist. I’ve never been to Whidbey Island; so I turned to Unilocal.Flowers by the Bay seemed to be the closest florist to my delivery location, but it was reviewless! Is that even possible? I imagined I’d have a chatty, maternal Angela Lansbury/Cabot Cove-like greet me cheerily over the phone. Not so. The woman who answered the line was just a normal, helpful, 21st-century florist. From our exchange, she seemed a bit exasperated by a busy day. I crossed my fingers and wished for the best. A day or so later my cousin posted a F-book picture of the flower arrangement. Hurray! The flowers looked great. There were slight seasonal color and flower variations from the arrangement example online, but ultimately, it looked even better and more expensive than the one online. I’d order from Flowers by the Bay again, but stick to ordering via its website directly.

First I walk in and 3 florists ignore me. Finally one asks if I needed help.(Duh, I didn’t walk in your store for nothing) It was my moms birthday in a couple days and I wanted to buy her a bouquet of tulips. Tulips were marked for $ 1.75 a piece. I told them I was happy spending $ 75 on the bouquet and just to make it nice. I asked it to be delivered on the day of her birthday. A pretty basic request in my opinion… For some reason it showed up the night before(delivery fee was $ 9 even though in live less than 10 minutes away) and the arrangement was small and less than spectacular. There were only 24 tulips which comes out to $ 42. I’m wondering where the rest of the money went because I know it didn’t go into the vase or the other fluff with the arrangement. Overall spent $ 92 for a bouquet that looks like it was bought in the grocery store for $ 45. Very disappointed
