Horrible business ethics. I emailed twice in the beginning of December for a gift certificate for a Christmas gift, no reply. I called on the 10^th and spoke to the owner. We laughed and chatted I was sure she was going to get this together. Today is the 23^rd no charge to my credit card, no gift certificate. In the last two years we have purchased three or four dozens of these whoopie pies. I will never do business with this company again, they don’t respect their clients.

I agree with Mary, a very disappointing experience on an order that I had placed on the 18^th of November to arrive the 26^th of November, 2 day ground shipping. No order arrived, I called, their freezer broke on Monday, yet they had Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to call me, so I could make other arrangements and they did not! Yet they scrambled to get out others orders successfully! Then they promised to reimburse my payment, which I had to keep emailing about and promised to ship the order free and I would have it by Friday, since they knew I would be having company for the weekend.’ No order was sent.
Don’t waste your time on this company, they are obviously very poorly run and they really do not care about satisfying the customers that keep them alive.

Highly disappointed! I placed a special order only to arrive two days later to find half an order and no explanation. I went out of my way to drive to Freeport twice during my vacation in Portland only to be disapponted and I even ordered from one of the owners. Never again. Don’t waste your time.
