I went to this hookah bar on a Thursday night. It wasn’t crowded at all when I got there a little after 10 pm. The staff greeted us and we sat. Didn’t take long for them to give us a menu. Pretty decent selection. Hookah came out relatively quickly. Coals were changed in a timely manner. They did not serve alcohol in the hookah portion of the bar. You have to go next door to the bar portion stay over there if you want to drink. Cool place to return to if I’m in the area.

My two stars are only for the hookah, thats the only thing i liked here. I dint like the place much… Filled with lots of smoke, air condition was not enough it was getting really hot inside. Service was also not very great, server forgot to get us water, we were asked to shift to a different table as a big group was coming. Crowd was also very loud, overall it wasnt a very good experience. I might not go again.

This is actually the only decent hookah lounge in the bay area, good seating and music isn’t obnoxiously loud either. Service is excellent and the hookah is usually pretty good although a few times it wasn’t packed correctly.

I have been to this hookah place a few times already. It has always been a great experience! I finally took a few of my friends for their first time hookah experience. We all had a really great time. The service is friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. Bijan’s strong point is that they have a bar open right next to it which is something many hookah lounges lack. Definitely will return and will a have many more good experiences!

Been here a couple of times and the food and service have always been great. This time I am taking my order to go since I don’t have time to sit and dine in. As I was waiting he gentlemen offered me refreshments. My order was the koobideh kabob which is really mouth watering and delicious. One of my fav Persian restaurants to come to in he bay area.

I don’t know why there is hype for this place… This is crowd dead place… You wont get any ambiance… Music is randomly boring… Service is good. It was really boring exp to go there even on Saturday.

Me and my cousin were last night on the way back from San Jose, we live in the East Bay and we wanted to go out and chill and relax to smoke some Hookah! So I knew that Fremont had a Hookah Bar in the Name of Bijan! So I decided to go there rather than Blaze in Hayward. Ok so we got there, there was an Indian Guy working there, I think his name was Max or something like that. We got there by 10:15PM. He greeted us friendly and seated us and I thought okay, well it might be even a great night. He started serving us with the Hookah Menus by 10:20PM so we ordered it. after a couple min at around 10:25 we got the Hookah and started doing our thing, you smoking and so on. After LITERALLY5MINTHESERVERISCOMINGTOUS, ANDTELLINGUSTHATTHEYARECLOSINGANDTHEYWANTEDUSTOLEAVEIN5MIN. I told him like why he didn’t told us that at the beginning when we came to the Lounge. For Obvious reasons($$$)!!! After questioning him that, that hey we just literally started smoking and paying here for a $ 20.00 Hookah(Plus 2 cheap Costco Water bottles for $ 2EACH!!!), he tells me that this is not his responsibility and that most of the people knows when they’re closing. You know, I am not mad because that they’re closing, I am bad because this piece of s*** of cheap f*** wants to make money in last second. After they kicked us out, I still saw 2 Iranian Girls sitting down with an Iranian Gentleman sitting on the couch. I assume that that was the owner! It is just amazing how these people even can stay in Business, they just ripping people of with their sales tactics. I am in the Car Business and I am Storemanager for a restaurant and I know, how important Customer Service is. But these cheap a**h**** they just wanna rip of people! After demanding at least having the two CHEAP water bottles not getting charged, he gave me only a $ 2 Discount on the whole bill!!! One Saturday evening we hopped on Unilocal and discovered that right in my own backyard there was Bijan Hookah Bar. At first I was led to believe this was a hookah bar that served alcohol, but when we got there we discovered it was actually a hookah bar with an actual bar next door. You couldn’t bring your drinks but it’s totally cool if you hop over next door and drink. The music was pretty on point with music ranging from hits from the 90s to current EDM hits. The service was really attentive and they were great about adding coals. We got two hookahs for 4 of us. One of the flavors I don’t recall but the other was the white gummy which was great. To be honest I don’t remember what we paid, but including tip it was somewhere around 15 dollars a person which isn’t too bad. I will definitely be making a trip back here soon!

Let me start by saying I am not a big fan of hookah but I think this is a pretty chill place. My boyfriend and his friends were craving for some hookah. I was never a big fan of hookah, but I always like to try new things. Try to learn and make those«O» lol We were going to try another hookah but I am glad that we decided to try this place instead. I have been to this plaza many times and I cannot believe that I never notice that there was a hookah place here. One side is the hookah and the other side is the Bar. You can smoke and get drunk at the same time. Pretty cool to me. I am not sure if this is expensive or not but their price are $ 18 for one flavor and $ 20 for house flavor(mix flavor) for 2 people. $ 5 dollars extra for non smoker or 3rd person. To me, I think the price seem reasonable. But again, I don’t smoke a lot so IDK. We tried the melon blast and bijian and one single flavor. I thought all the flavors were pretty tasteful. It did give me a good buzz. Overall, I think this place is a pretty chill place for friends to get together and smoke some hookah. There are couple Television and they play some cool music too. Staff were friendly and helpful. They often came back and check up on us and ask if we are doing okay. If I were craving for some hookah, I would come back here for their friendly staff and cozy place.

IT’S ALLABOUTTHEM«OHS». :O Hookah– an oriental tobacco pipe with a long, flexible tube that draws the smoke through water contained in a bowl.(Definition from Google) My friends and I wanted to hookah because we all agreed that we haven’t done it in a while. We rarely hookah but we just all had a weird craving that night: P(especially since we don’t have our own at the moment) We decided to hit up Bijan Hookah Bar and let me tell you, this place is pretty cool… well at least for me since it would be my first time at a hookah bar. The place is a bit small, but it’s filled with comfortable and cozy couches for all yo booties and you can tell it’s pretty clean. The music here is good since they do a variety of it from Indian music to ratchet mainstream hits. Bijan’s policy is that it’s 1 hookah for every 2 people and if you have a 3rd person(whether they smoke or not) it’s $ 5 extra. You can choose from their House Favorites($ 20) or their Single Flavors($ 18) and refills for both are $ 7. I was with a group of 7 including myself and we decided to get 2 of the House Favorites(Bijan Mix & Melon Blast) & a Single Flavor(Pirate’s Cave). Our server recommended the Bijan Mix so we definitely had to get that… that was probably my favorite as well. The Pirate’s Cave tasted like skittles so that was interesting. There stuff here is pretty good cause it gets you at a really good level… if ya know what I mean ;) Overall, the staff here was really generous. They made sure everything went well for us and they even flipped/replaced our coals. At first, you get the small hoses but if you ask for it you can request the bigger hoses which are much better to suck through and hold onto. They also provide you with small tips that you can insert into the hoses just in case of germs cause these hoses have been around…:P Though I heard that this place is a little bit on the pricey side compared to other hookah lounges, I would definitely come back! I would recommend to all :) TIP: Check-in and receive 1 free mix drink! You have to claim it at their bar which is next door at the Bijan Restaurant. I recommend you get their Pomegranate AMF! Our bartender NJ made it quite strong but it was good :)

I went to this place last night with 6 of my friends and I was definitely satisfied. Let me note that this place is located in a small shopping area along mission blvd in Fremont, so it may be surprising to find a nice classy hookah lounge like this. Once we walked inside you can instantly tell how nice and clean this place is. The couches are nice and cozy and the environment is very chill. They use TV screen and projectors which is pretty cool. We got 3 set ups, 2 of them were the house flavors(a combination of flavors) which came up to about $ 20 each for 2 people, and the last was just Pirates Cave(tastes like skittles) for $ 18+$ 5(3rd person). The flavors were great since they only use Starbuzz which is one of my favorite shishas. Personally I like Fumari because of the rich flavor, but Starbuzz tastes good and will give you a good buzz. Their setups were very nice. I Just wish they offered the bigger hoses as a standard instead of the small hoses that you get in starter kits haha. It wasn’t hard to request one, but if you are not experienced you would not know what to ask for. The staff was extremely nice and were always happy to help replace/flip our coals. I’m glad I tried this place out. Now I know there are good lounges near me.

Bijan is my favorite spot to smoke hookah and an added bonus is that this spot is local for me. Therefore I’m here often and their hookah is always on point. Star and Hela have great customer service and my friends and I are always taken care of.

If there was an option if giving negative stars I would. 1. Hookah making: pathetic … They don’t know how to make a decent hookah. Blue mist which is a common flavor, the server said that it’s a hard flavor; that’s BS since I have had blue mist on multiple occasions. 2. The hookah flavor itself: it was either extremely mild or extremely over powering with every puff you take. 3. Service: service is extremely bad and slow. The servers themselves are smoking their share of(free) hookah in front of customers and paying no attention to the customers. I was fixing my own hookah trying to make it work better, although seen by the severs, I was ignored. Trust me … U don’t wanna go here. Good luck if u decide to!

Really nice and elegant hookah bar. I usually expect hookah bars to be «weird» at best. This place is nothing like your typical hookah bar. Very professional, nice bar with a full selection of drinks and amazing hookahs. Enjoy.
