Hello everybody… Celebrated Easter and Passover in my personal way. and it felt
good…Here at the Carlton they prepared a TERRIFIC Holiday Brunch.
The Dining Room was decorated with different color tablecloths on alternate tables with matching cloth napkins… Our Meal was accompanied by a 3 piece band that went well with the champagne, A BEAUTIFUL Buffet was set up… White jacketed servers provided everything from Bagels and Lox to A Huge Roast Ham… Pies and Pastries were the Grand Finale… They really try to make us comfortable…

Beautiful facility. But they promise assistance, which isn’t delivered. Not enough staff! My mother in law only lasted 6 months here. She would need care, but the care partners were too busy walking resident’s dogs for pay to help her. She said some caregivers were nice but the one usually assigned to her section was mean, would tell her not to bother her so much. The food is average. Same sandwiches for lunch.

My mother lived here for 8 years. When she came, she was walking unassisted and didn’t need any personal care. As the years went by, we needed to add additional services. The price kept increasing, but it was worth it. She lived in a beautiful place and the staff did their best to care for her. By the time we had to move her into a full care facility, everyone felt like family. Stephanie — Director, Lisa — Ast Director, Tapinder and Tammy — nurses, and Eunice — Receptionist are all wonderful and bend over backwards to care for their residents.

My Grandparents moved in her in August 2013. They were very apprehensiveness about living here in the beginning. But… they have now been here for 3 months and and have acclimated them selves with the staff and neighbors and new friends.
They are now very comfortable and the staff is so kind and attentive and the amenities they offer are perfect for my Grandparents needs.
They offer daily trips, activities and have a beautiful courtyard garden and lobby.
I would recommend this place to everyone

We were looking for respite care for a relative and found the Carlton Plaza on Unilocal.Stephanie, Executive Director, is very customer oriented, easily accessible and responds quickly to requests. Everyone from the front desk to the dining room staff are extremely courteous and helpful. If you need Assisted Living, this is truly the place.

My Grandpa has been living here for the last month and a half. My family and I have no complaints whatsoever. The place is pleasant and well kept. I was happy to see a game room which includes a pool table, air hockey, board games, darts and chess. There’s even a mini-movie theater which is pretty cool. In addition, there’s a conference room, multipurpose room, a café and a full dining room. All of the staff, from the people at the front desk to the kitchen staff are all VERY friendly. Everyone is extremely prompt and courteous. The rooms are enough for a person living on their own. Plus if you’re lucky enough to get a room on the inside, the view of the courtyard is quite nice. Each floor has a bathroom (in addition to the ones in the rooms), as well as a laundry room.
