WTF is wrong with this place??? I called to order ALOT of food and wanted to know first if they had 2 item combos? The lady said no then immediately hung up the phone! WOW!!! Called back and asked for the manager and she said very rudely «NO, NO MANAGER!» I asked her name and she said Jenny then hung up AGAIN! Your business just lost out on a $ 75 or more order because of your shitty attitude and customer service! Not to mention all my future business you would have got! Screw these people! Go somewhere else!

I came here for lunch, and ordered sesame chicken with fried rice. It was good, but what it did to later was terrible. I was feeling full and good, when I got back to work I got a terrible stomachache. Then when I got home, I felt like throwing up, which I did. I don’t what she did to the food, it made me sick. I’m not coming back here again.

I really like everything I’ve ever ordered here: potstickers are delicious; wor wonton soup is chock-​full of tasty morsels; house fried rice is yummy; etc. Delivery is timely and the orders have always been accurate. Rather than have it delivered I stopped by this evening on my way home from work. But one of their employees beat me to the last available parking spot. (It’s a tiny lot.) So I drove home and cooked dinner. Too bad, our family’s order usually costs at least $ 50.

I’m so torn on what to do for a review for this place. I was getting chicken and mixed vegetable rice plates the few times I’ve been here. I thought for the price, the food was plentiful and pretty good. The fried rice was actually REALLY good. Then about 7 of us ordered from work one day recently, each getting different rice plates– one beef and the others chicken. All of the chickens were exactly the same. Like, one was supposed to be mongolian chicken, another sezuan chicken, and another kung pow chicken, etc. All of them were identical. My kung pow chicken looked just like the chicken and mixed vegetables I usually get. There were no peanuts, bell peppers, or kung pow sauce used. It was really odd. Everybody was satisfied, but the fact that every rice plate is basically a stocked chicken and veggie plate is a little disappointing and bums me out when I am looking for real kung pow chicken vs. plain chicken and veggies. Oh well. If I am in the mood for chicken and veggies then I’ll be back, but otherwise I’ll order elsewhere.

I love the food here and the owners are so nice. I sneak out to grab food for lunch here a lot. My husband didn’t know how much I went until she said my name. Then am so happy to see you yes am in trouble lol.
Only had 2 times everything not in order. Was days when they had lots of order to delivered. I also been a customer over 5 years and will stay a customer.

NEVER use the delivery service! The delivery person called and told me that she had gone to the wrong address and left my food with them! She told me to go to that address and get the food from people she left it with! I’m not eating food from some stranger! Food that I had already paid for!!! That’s crazy for someone to think that is okay!!! NEVER AGAIN!

KO, service was great, delivered on time, hot as if it was serve at the table. Taste was excellent with more then we could finish, I we be back.

First time ordering:
I ordered food online and they forgot two things, I called and the lady gave me attitude saying she packed it herself saying everything was in there and hung up the phone.
Food quality:
food was not the best, tasted really greasy, but was a large amount of food.
Won’t be ordering from here again, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My favorite here is prawns with broccoli and the dried fried ribs. I always come here for lunch or I order and they delivery to me and my family. Jenny always makes sure to take care of me.

Great service, nice people, and good food. Gave four stars because they forgot to bring my soda but I called and they said they’d comp me one next time.

It’s chinesse food. It’s hit or miss and really varies from people’s tastes. I like it. They deliver fast. My order was correct down to the hot chili sauce. When you don’t want to out and eat or pick up food. Order from here. You’ll get fed and that’s what matters. One extra star went to the delivery guy forgot to ask his name. He was nice. And food came fast.

This is a go to place for us. Reasonable prices and the service is good. It’s not the greatest, but the food is good. I order the fried won tons for work and they loved it. The lady who works there at the counter is friendly and accommodating. The won ton soup is very good. Plus the location is great. Right in the middle near Washington High School so they have a wide range delivery area. We will def order from here again.

We enjoy their food, great service. Fast and they remember how we like our special soup ginger always added in our wonton soup. Our special order. Singapore noodles.

They deserve 0 stars and none of my money. Placed an order through grubhub. The wrong phone # was put on the order so I promptly called them and fixed it. They still called the wrong #. Called back again later to tell them my building # to help them find my apt. Its been 2 hours since I ordered and still no food. Called back and they couldn’t find my apartment and tried calling. The lack of communication at this place is appalling! I called them to try and help them out yet they still failed. Worst service ever and will not be ordering from them again. Now my food is probably ice cold and let’s see if they even get here.

Wow. I ordered from this Unilocal listing via Eat24 and I’m incredibly impressed. Not only was the food delicious and bountiful, it was faster than expected (20 – 25 minutes, delivered) and piping hot! We actually live insanely close to Yuk Wah, another Chinese restaurant, but they always mess up our order and take longer than originally promised. I’d wait there 5 – 10 minutes longer than told and then come home with the wrong food. I’m so happy I gave Fortune Cookie a try, I’ll never go back to yuk wah! The taste, flavor, service, quantity, quality, speed, EVERYTHING was better! I ate so much food but still have so many leftovers. I love it!

I love the food here, their house fried rice, their broccoli beef, cheese wonton’s… so good. It’s very convenient to be able to order online and pick it up.

Ordered Via Unilocal /​Eat 24. I ordered 2 sodas which I was charged for and they «forgot» them. The food was below average and I feel I’m being generous. The Oyster beef meat was over cooked and very rough and hard to chew. The spicy chicken in garlic sauce was horrendous, and did not taste a hint of garlic at all .
The Beef fried rice did but seem very fresh but it was decent and about the only thing edible here .
Overall I believe I’m being very fair with 2 stars. I feel like I paid $ 36 for an order of average fried rice. Couldn’t eat the rest..

Finally got desperate and started ordering from here again a couple of months ago (mostly because Ann’s Fast Food Chinese in Newark closed).
It’s hard to beat this place for fast (amazingly fast delivery!) and the food is good. Their pricing feels more reasonable now than it did when they raised their prices two years ago.
And, ya know, now that I think about it — they have never, not even once, screwed up our order! They deserve big kudos just for that.

My favorite is Honey Walnut Prawns and hubby likes several items including beef with snow peas, sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, etc.
Back to 4 stars for Fortune Cookie!

I have to say this is a great Chinese food place to get fast food. Been here twice already and forgot to review it the first time. I Ordered right when I walked in and was cooked and ready in under 5 minutes. Hot and Fresh! I ordered the all day plate special which is $ 6.25 but I wanted chow mein which was not on the menu so I requested it as the part of my lunch and she said that’s fine and charged me $ 8 instead of $ 6.25…I ordered chow mein and string bean chicken. They give you a huge tremendous amount of food which was very filling.
The lady at the front cashier was very nice and friendly and had a smile on my face. You know can tell these people made food with love.
I will definitely come back again when I’m in the area and I would def choose this place over eastern wind because the food is so much better and prompt and nice polite employees!

Ordered delivery on EAT24 app and was very happy.
Huge selection of Chinese food that is all $ 6 – 10 per entrée. Delivery was $ 2.99 and my food arrived hot and fresh in 40 mins (awesome, as delivery typically takes about an hour for generic places).
The war wonton soup (with everything) was great. Tons of quailty shrimp wontons and lots of veggies, chicken and pork. Big fan.
House egg foo young (chinese omelette) was very large and tasty, but a slightly bit salty. Still very good.
Shrimp Mu Shu Pork. Great shrimp and cabbage filler, huge size portion I ate the next day as leftovers. The wrap they gave was the unfried egg roll one, which was a tiny bit disappointing, as the real mu shu wrap is semi fried and thicker, like a tortilla, but the filling was great, so no complaints.
Would definitely order again for delivery/​pickup of Chinese food in Fremont.
