My daughter learns from Grandmaster Park for a year now and she loves it! Grandmaster park is dedicated, patient and believes in what he teaches. It translates to the kids. He and his assistant (Coach Chem?) nurture the kids and insist on discipline — mental and physical — before learning the art itself. They communicate through email and someone always picks up the phone when you need to talk to them. I am sure we are here for the long run and recommend this place!

My daughter and nephew take classes over here. I was convinced to enroll her after a talk with Grandmaster Park. He values the fact that taekwondo is not just about punching and kicking but all about focus and ethics. He wants this generation to understand the values of hard work, respect and commitment. He said that he will not «promote’ the kids to the next belt level until they fully understand the purpose of the art and that is what I like. I truly respect his beliefs and that is why I am glad that I made the decision to have my daughter go here.

My son, Felix, has been taking Tae Kwon Do from Grand Master Park since before Halloween. The other night I came in early to pick Felix up but just in time to see him perform before the Grand Master. I was so touched; he has shown marked improvements in posture and attitude in only a few months. Until now he thought it was all fun and games but it has also become work and concentration– something his Dad readily endorses! Felix is now writing his own Italian cookbook for kids and we started a kickstarter program to produce a video. His self esteem is amazing and I’m looking for it to transfer into better academics, too! I think it is a great program for kids and I like the principles behind it. My good friend Mike in Sonora told me to seek this guy out, for he was truly the Grand Master !!! Rich Varrasso

Master Park’s School of Tae Kwon Do is a great way for children (and adults) to interact with one another in a disciplined but fun environment. Master Park and Mr. Hooten (his assistant instructor) operate a professional business where my son has been able to build his confidence through their teachings. My son started attending Master Park’s dojo a few months ago due to a bullying incident, but has since seen a remarkable improvement in his personal growth as well as physical capabilities. Both men place an emphasis on both fundamentals of TKD as well as other aspects of each child’s life, which make for a well-​rounded student. Unlike most martial arts dojos catered towards children, this dojo disciplines those who are disruptive, brings along those who are within the standards, and help guide all who are part of the class. Highly recommended.

Our son has been at Master Park’s class since January of 2013. Master Park is stern, but fair with the students. The teacher, Devin, is great with kids but also does not let the class get out of control either. This is not a place you come to kick at balloons, and jump around to earn higher belts. This is a place of learning self defense, respect, and self-​respect. They will not promote to higher belts unless you do the work. If you want that kind of place, go somewhere else. This is the real deal and you will feel like you actually earned each belt as you progress.

My son has been really enjoying learning Taekwondo at this place. The master Park emphasizes not only Taekwondo itself but also other aspects of life. I highly recommend this place for kids.

My daughter had been taking Tae Kwon Do from Master Park since July 2011. He is amazing with the kids. He is a strict teacher, but nuturing as well. An excellent way for children to get excersize, disaplin and self confidence

Master Park’s school of Tae Kwon Do is unique mainly because it not only teaches the art but the couture background as well. Thats why i love it. He’s amazing with the kids and has many years of experience and it shows. I’ve been to other Dojangs, but none has impressed me more then this one.
