What can you say a double double with animal fries is just what I needed yesterday and was delicious!

This place is why I’m 5lb heavier than I’m suppose to be. What’s not to love about In-N-Out? Cheap/Delicious/Fast/Fresh Everything you ever needed in life for a burger place. Sucks for all the people out of state until they expand. Though expect heavy crowds during rush our like noon and dinner time, but they do open pretty late until 1am at most locations. Tip: They sorta have a secret menu like animal style fries, flying dutchman, protein wrap, and animal style burger. (Light fries for fries with less oil or you can always go the other extreme and ask for extra crispy!) They also do a lot of customization to their normal menu items. I usually get a Double-Double Animal Style Toasted Buns with chilis inside and both types of onions. Recommend A++

Okay I love In-N-Out, it had been years since I have had one. I love the simple menu. You do not need much, just do it right. Fast service, food was hot and good. I am not big on their fries, but if you get them animal style I’ve heard that is the only way to go. Drive thru was also busy, I am guessing this is just a busy location. Fast and friendly customer service. I would recommend getting without onions, I like onions but I think they were a tad too strong for me. Need to go back soon, making me hungry thinking about those burgers.

Just okay. Seems like they’ve lost their touch over the last several years.

It’s a burger place! Anybody giving this any lower than 4 stars didn’t know what to expect. Good food for a roadtrip or a quick bite, there is no way you can call this place culinary excellence but hey if you need a quick bite. This does the job

In N out Burger was a fall back when my lst choice(panda X) had a line and IN didn’t have one. saved $ 2 in the process. wasn’t hungry afterwards either. we all know know chinese food leaves u with hungries an hour later. eats: double double(3.8) animal style –no idea what animal style is, some kind of sauce i presume –meat tender, not burnt ala habit/five guys take outs: –6.10 for side and entrée @panda most entrees fried. –no lines at IN prompt efficient service, no upsell ala habit. *luving it my way @In.

I love In n Out and I’ve usually never have any problems there but I ordered a couple of cheese burger with chilies and onion and they literally gave me a burger with only meat chillies and onions. Didn’t realize this till I got home and there was no point of driving back. The reciept was correct they just didn’t know how to make a proper burger

So we just went to this branch and we were waiting so long for our order. I was okay with waiting for a while. We asked why it was taking so long. They assured us it would be out soon and that it was sitting on the counter. A couple minutes later we asked again and still nothing. My order number was 74. I was still waiting while they were giving out order number 91. So I literally sat there waiting while 16 orders had been given out to other customers right before my eyes and mine was yet to be seen. I never write reviews. But this is how disappointed I was. Inadequate service.

We came here since we were hungry after drinking in San Mateo. It was a little busy but it was also a Tuesday before midnight and a lot of parking. I ordered the double double and we waited for a few minutes before our food was ready. The tables looked clean since somebody was actually wiping them down once people left. The burger was delicious and the fries already came salted which I don’t remember if that was done at other In-N-Out locations. Anyways, good stuff and I would be back if I was craving In-N-Out and was in the area.

— cheeseburger — fries — milk — cup of water This is the bountiful lunch I enjoyed here for under $ 6. All freshly made(I’m assuming this also extends to the milk and water) and consumed on premises. America is great indeed! My only regret was not ordering a Neapolitan shake.

So here’s the thing. All In-N-Outs are amazing places of deliciousness. So when one must rate In-N-Out, one can only compare it against other In-N-Outs. So this is where this place loses stars. The layout is 100% identical to every other location. The food is the same. But why is this place just A-OK? The outdoor seating doesn’t have umbrellas. Yup. Time to nitpick. Fremont is generally a very sunny place. Not having any umbrellas out means that the outdoor seating is kind of pointless during the day. It’s too friggin’ hot. Which means that it’s much more crowded inside. Which means that you may not get a table. Which makes it a lot less fun to go to In-N-Out.

My experience here was terribly awful! I advise you to never come to this location. So a couple weeks ago I came in to what I thought would be an amazing In-N-Out. WRONG. When I was about to order, Dominique, the cashier was not even smiling or saying greeting me with a hello or how are you today? She was giving a frowning the whole entire time and when I was giving my order she was rushing me even though there wasn’t that long of a line as if she is mad all the time! After I paid and have my order I went to sit down on one of the tables and it was super dirty! I understand that the previous customer is a pig for not cleaning his mess, but seriously there were so many staff that one of you guys could have cleaned it up! Anyways, afterwards I got my food and the guy(I forgot his name) just hands it over not repeating my order just in case of even saying goodbye or have a great day. My note to the management: please keep your store clean and do something about your staff.

If you’re from out of town and never tried In-n-Out before– NOWISTHETIME! Everything is fresh, consistently fresh, and for the love of God– get your burger(and/or fries) ANIMALSTYLE!!! Eating inside is usually faster than the drive thru too. You will encounter a line, maybe even a long line, but no worries since they are quick and it’s definitely worth a little wait. West coast folks don’t need to be told, this will be the most satisfying meal under $ 7.

Hawaii to Zippys is like Cali to their In-N-Out, in my opinion because it’s always my first stop whenever I come to Cali to visit my family. I always get in late when I fly in so the only place that really opens late is In-N-Out. I’m really not a burger person but their animal style fries is what I really go for. It’s such an overload of calories but heck whenever I’m on vacation that diet rule goes out the window. So of course I always get an order of that and because I don’t really eat burgers I get the grilled cheese. I know right, how boring?! Beats the purpose of having in-n-out. But really those fries are everything. If it’s one thing I love about fast food restaurants is fries! Their menu is simple: hamburger, cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. Not that hard right?! Depending on just how you prefer your burgers is what you’ll order. They do offer protein burgers that is wrapped in lettuce instead of buns. I’ve had that and it can get quite messy. Found out about their grilled cheese sandwiches and always got that instead. I’ve tried their burgers though and it’s always fresh and juicy. Prices are affordable too for the quality burgers they give out. We don’t have it in Hawaii so I’m sure a lot of Hawaii people go to in-n-out whenever they head out to the mainland. This place always seems to be busy but for all the times I’ve been here we were really wait that long. Good place for the late night munchies.

As with any other location, this shop serves delicious and fresh fries/burger that always meet or exceed expectations. The line to turn into this block of Pacific Commons is often pretty long due to the hordes of people wanting to visit Costco, but you can always loop around the back via Boscell to avoid getting stuck for 2 – 3 lights. While the food is consistently superb, I’m not as sold on the service, which I find to be significantly faster during peak hours than at off-times. I’m pretty sure I waited the same amount of time(~15−20 minutes) when I came at 12pm on a Saturday(and there were probably 10+ cars ahead of me) as when I came at 2pm on a Thursday(with maybe 2 – 3 cars ahead of me). While I do appreciate the speediness during high-volume hours, I would also like to see more of it during regular hours as well.

As a Midwesterner, this was my first time experiencing In-N-Out. Service: The service was fantastic. Although it was especially packed and busy(going around 6pm) we were helped within a couple minutes of entering. There were a lot of people clustered around the counter/register though so it was a little hard to tell who was in line and who was waiting for an order. Regardless, we made it through and placed our order without issue, and then went to find a table until our number was called. Staff was constantly going around cleaning vacant tables, so it was easy to find clean place to sit and eat. However, on walking in we were able to see the extremely long line of cars waiting through the drive through. I have a pretty good feeling that going in to order would be many times faster than waiting in the car, even though a staff member was outside collecting orders from queued cars on a tablet. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was very energetic and lively! I’ve never seen such a diverse range of people in a single restaurant, and I think that presented a tremendous sense of popularity with this food and restaurant. I couldn’t hear music over the sound of the other customers, but I’m not sure it was necessary or would just add further noise. The back kitchen was clearly visible, with the numerous fryers right up front all the way to the back where a staff member was removing fresh potatoes from a sack and preparing them. The floor was glistening and wet from a recent clean, and I got the sense that In-N-Out has a very efficient, clean, and quality style of preparation. Food: The food was very good, especially considering the price we paid! For under $ 20 we got two double burgers, two orders of fries, and two shakes. We ordered the burgers and one fry«animal style» in order to get the diced tomatoes, 1000-island dressing, and melted cheese on them. At a small price premium, I’d say the increase in flavor is well worth it. Other extra toppings are free though, so pile it on! I only had one issue with the fries, and this issue was that they were very short in length and did not lend themselves to dipping or eating cleanly. Many were just scraps, under an inch in length. Even with this short size though, it was delicious! Summary: I’d definitely return to this restaurant. For the price, you can’t go wrong. I will definitely not be going through a drive through unless the line is around a few cars in length, but the interior atmosphere is such that I wouldn’t mind dining in. I’m a little disappointed at the simplicity of the menu and that some items are hidden, secret items that you must specifically know to order. As a newcomer who used another person’s past experience to attain the«animal style» toppings and extra toppings for the burgers, along with the Neapolitan shake, I wish I could have seen it on the menu so I knew what I was getting. All in all, I can’t wait to return!

I will always have a soft spot for In N Out. It’s one of the only fast food restaurants I will eat at. I’ll vote In N Out over any other fast food burger joint any day. Wayyy better than Five Guys, The Habit, Smashburger, and even Shake Shack. West coast best coast!!! I’m sure it’s healthier too. The ingredients they use taste fresh and burgers are always delicious. Love the fries too, they are always cooked to perfection and you can always ask them to make them extra crispy if that’s your thing. Ever since my friend introduced me to protein style, that’s what I always get. No carbs is my justification for going to In N Out even though I still get a milkshake every time. :) I like this location because service is fast and it’s clean. It’s located in Pacific Commons and is conveniently right off the 880. I usually come here for lunch and it can get pretty busy, but I’ve never had to wait too long for my food. Always hits that sweet spot when I’m craving it.

That smell of In-N-Out… it’s recognizable almost anywhere you go. When I’m feeling piggy… double double animal style with raw onions, plus animal style fries. I can’t finish all of that anymore(oh how I miss being a teenager) so I usually opt for a regular hamburger animal style. Fries always must be well done. Super crispy… nothing sadder than soggy fries! Feeling fortunate that there are so many burger joints in this area. For a meatier burger, I would go to Five Guys. For a «healthier» option I would go to The Habit. In-N-Out is right in between.
