Really cool spot! The rooms are awesome and lots of songs available ! The spot is a little secluded and a bit pricey but overall waaaay worth it!!!

Tiny rooms and out of date songs, says no alcohol but you see people bring beer. People who work here don’t stay behind the desk, they go outside to smoke. We asked for a bigger room and guy says ok, then we find out he went outside to smoke. The service sucked so bad.

San Jose, CA
Under new management, new décor and new staffs. Way better than the previous business. I usually go to musicland in milpitas but they r such ripe off and always overcharge us. Kbox is different, they providr better sound system and i just love the fact their rooms look so modern.
Nevertheless, the people who works here are so much friendly here. They do get busy by the weekends so make your reservation upfront
