This has mostly everything you need for beauty supplies. I found a small retractable mirror, which I love! I was going around for clear coat that helps your nails dry fast. In particular, I was looking for the fast drying oil. I asked the lady if they had it in stock, and she didn’t know what I was talking about. However, she suggested something else, and I ended up getting her suggestion. Very slow, not too many people in the store, and parking is excellent because there is parking everywhere. Some of the prices were expensive! I was buying another nail polish and my total came to about $ 32, which was more than I intended to spend. I had the lady remove the item, and then it came out to be $ 16. They have a lot of selection, this is a place to go to when you’re looking for personal necessities, or if you have a business.

Worst customer service ever, walked in the ladies at the front register looked at me and didn’t even bother to say hello. I had to go look around for someone to help me and when I did find someone she was doing a reset and didn’t even care and just said no we don’t have it. Without even looking or stop what she’s doing to show customer service!

Called to check stock of an item. They check and did have the item. Not mentioning they have the«system down» and can’t take credit card or due returns, I drove 45mins to find this out. Then I asked for them to locate another store near my route home and they refused. One stating she can’t use her phone??? Are you not in front of a computer or have a resource to find other stores? Plus were all up on your phone while your coworker was at lunch and you were alone? Horrible service, another Sally’s goes to hold up their bad reputation.

I came in here this last Saturday morning in kind of a hair panic: I recently had a blonde ombré go terribly wrong, and needed some advice and products to fix it back to my dark brown color. I was greeted promptly as I walked in by a sales associate(totally didn’t get her name, but she had short brown hair and snake bite piercings) and she was soooo helpful and knowledgable about hair color and how to properly fix my little fiasco. I’m so thankful she showed me what to get and how to do the dye the right way, and was really nice and understanding about it. I dyed my hair tonight and I’ve been able to sigh so much relief because now I no longer have a horrible blonde color, but back to brunette. So appreciative of this sales associate I just wish I had her name to give her the credit she well deserves!

Very clean store. I got what I needed without interruptions or an associate hovering over me. I was asked if I wanted to purchase a beauty card for $ 5 and I declined. The associate was not pushy for me to purchase it or have me examples on why I should purchase it.

They always have my hair dye items in stock here! I absolutely love that about this location and everything is clean and neat and organized at this location! The staff here is super friendly and nice. You are even able to purchase a beauty club card to every day discount on all your purchases at any sally beauty store! With that they send you exclusive deals and emails and coupons too! Not to mention they have a clearance table right in the front of the store in case you want to pick up any beauty supplies for a great deal before checking out of the store

This is a review of ALL Sally’s. It just happens that this is the location where this occurred to me most recently. Sally’s won’t sell a simple product – L’oreal Effasol hair color remover – unless you have a cosmetology license. They have it right out in the open looking like it’s available to the general public, but NO! There isn’t a California or national law preventing them from selling it, it’s just arbitrarily«their policy». Well of course it is! They’d rather sell you an unnecessarily cumbersome«kit» of less effective product for $ 15 than a packet of color remover no more dangerous than peroxide that sells for just $ 5. The clerk tried to assure me the kit was their«most popular one». I’m sure it is. It’s their ONLY one. **Note to the manager: Peninsula Beauty Supply, West Coast Beauty Supply, and Martin’s Beauty Supply – all local – will sell Effasol to anyone. Talk to your corporate office and urge them to change this ridiculous policy designed to sell more expensive products. I had a handful of things – dye and miscellaneous – to buy and I left them on the counter and bought them(and more) from Peninsula Beauty. Your corporate office policy is losing your store business.

Finally! A Sally’s store close to my house. I absolutely love this store! The girl at the counter with platinum blonde hair(I forgot to ask her name) was veryyy helpful. I was looking for a color to tone my orange-recently-bleached hair and she recommended the ion very light ash golden blonde along with a 32 vol. developer ammonia free. My hair turned out Amaazing! Thanks to her, I’m loving my new hair color!

Shhh, don’t tell anyone that here is where I buy my ECO Gel. I used to pay $ 15 at the barber shop for my gel and at Sally I only pay $ 5. Get in and get out quickly unless you like all the hair stuff. It might even be worth getting the Sally discount card, I don’t have one because my gel is already dirt cheap.
