So it’s 8:27 to be exact and the store isn’t open! When. All signs clearly say they open at 8:00. First time coming here and already super disappointed! What an inconvenience. there’s three cars here too, that look like their waiting! What a joke.

Since my last few visits I have been very pleased with all of the people that work there. The customer service is really great and the employees are very knowledgeable. Whenever I have a question, or need assistance locating a particular product they are on top of it. I’m just really pleased with the helpful service, thank you Salon Centric employees.

I usually find what i need. wish they carry more massage products and body scrubs. It seam like salon centric carry more products for people that do hair and color then anything. The girls upfront are a hit and miss some can be berry nice and helpful others can be just plain rude or non helpful at all, but then again it retail rite. Will be coming back again and hopefully next time I can rite a much better review.

I have been coming here for 10 yrs since before their name change, and thru the years the staff here have proven to be knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help! Shop is clean and well stocked. Best license only supply in Fremont.
