I’ve been to this location twice. Once on Tuesday and again today. I had a java chip frap one day and the passion fruit tea lemonade the second day. Both tasted amazing. No complaints. Fast and courteous service. Definitely recommend and would return.

A perfectly adequate Starbucks. I order on mobile and pick up, it’s always been ready within 5 minutes. Watch your drink and make sure it’s correct though, especially if you order on mobile. I’ve gotten milk in my regular tea twice now. If you complain, they fix it for you for free. Staff is always polite and courteous, even when you’re pointing out their mistakes. I just wish they wouldn’t make those mistakes in the first place, since it kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Oh well!

I must say, visiting in your store was a great experience! DRr and the short red head girl was so nice, kind, friendly and quick! I spilled my drink and feeling embarrassed, they made me a new drink and cleaned up the floor on the DL, all without me even asking! As a regular starbucks customer, I have been to so many starbucks everywhere, and every year I wait for that special tumbler to come in January. It is my favorite month… going from different stores and seeing how different people are. Tarbucks has becime my hime away from home, office away from office. Lately it feels the music alsi hase improved! This is one my favorite experiences at a Starbucks. Normally, Starbucks are so corporate run with and industrial feel; get your coffee and get out, but these 2 people have made this my favorite starbucks coffee in Fremont. I call it … a Diamond experience!

Always busy. One time a staff picked up the trash and went directly to the oven getting my breakfast. 3 days in a row out of brown sugar. Very crowded and seems like they don’t know how to handle it. Some staff are very nice but they need more training.

My sister and I came to this location to grab a cup of coffee. I noticed that they had a huge display of Starbucks cards. Suzanna informed me that she had all of the cards even the ones that were empty on the display. I told her that I collect Starbucks cards and especially love the city ones. Suzanna asked if I had the new LA one yet. I told her I did not and then she went into the back room and gave me her own personal LA card that she got from her recent trip. Suzanna provided excellent customer service and made my night with her generosity.

Suzanne made me my double shot no foam lattes today and I have to say they were the best lattes I have had in months. I am an incredibly picky customer so I do not compliment often. She’s the manager, so I couldn’t compliment her to her boss, so I am complimenting her and her store here. The coffee is worth the pain in the ass parking lot.

Drink was made good for once. The attitude as soon as I walked up though… yikes. Short African American pudgy girl with bright red/pink lipstick with name tag«Raul» — name she gave herself«for today» — needs an attitude adjustment. She was friendly with her coworker but rude and very un-customer service like. Starbucks can do much better than hiring people like her. They can at least say hello. She just walked up and stood there, didn’t even acknowledge me. :/

As we walked in they were about to close. We wanted to order a promotion drink. The cashier asked us to place order within 10 seconds as the promotion time is going to close. She repeatedly warned us as we wasted the precious time in considering. It was so stressful that we couldn’t comply before the deadline.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks because of the Google Wifi that’s offered, but their service is great too. The staff remembers my usual order and prepares the drink before I can even pay! They have a great team going at this location.

This place is poppin on a Saturday! It was so busy I actually thought it was understaffed because the line never stopped. Lots of Located close to Ohlone college. Lots of seating but everything was taken. Lots of food options in the area. There’s also a decent amount of parking. I’d definitely come back because of its convenient location but it’s in no way a decent study spot.

Maybe you were short-staffed or you didn’t do a great job of preparing for a rush during your shift, but there’s no excuse for a supervisor to lose her composure and resort to being rude. The store was trashed and our drinks weren’t made to Starbucks standard. Sad part is we didn’t want to deal with the same customer service trying to recover the situation, so we left. Lots of opportunities for improvement here.

I have been this location several times. The service is ok but I experienced the most terrible service this time. The barista forget my breakfast sandwich totally and after I reminded him and he didn’t feel sorry. And after the sandwich was ready, he just put it on the desk and continued to ignore me. Never come back to this place.

Wtf this Asian girl working at cashier and seem super bossy. Ordered a drink and noticed it wasn’t done properly. Asked for a few more sprinkles and that lady told me she will have to charge me $ 0.50 extra for this. This place is a cancer avoid it. There are other nicer peets locations nearby.

This is a place for me to avoid. First, it’s hard to find. Blink and you will pass it even with a GPS mapping system. Once you find it the environment and the menu is pretty standard for a Starbucks. The staff, however, are the distinction — and it’s not in a good way. I was met with a fast talking Asian girl who simply would not listen to my order. I asked for green tea. Rather than pour the hot water into a paper cup that i would throw away I asked for it to be poured into my mug. Every Starbucks I have ever been to was happy to oblige and save on a cup. This crazy woman started telling me how every Starbucks is different and that they can’t do what other Starbucks locations do. We stared at each other for a while. She looked at me as if I was going to buckle and I stared at her like she was an idiot. After an awkward silence I cocked my head and asked, «Really?» I think she understood how ridiculous the situation was and she quickly filled my mug with hot water and gave me a green tea bag. Then there was the other part of my order which was two kids sized hot chocolates. We waited for a really long time for them only to realize that the cups were waiting for us. Nobody ever called our names. When I thought back to it the crazy employee never asked for a name so none was written on the cups. Eventually a sane male employee started asking around and found out they were ours. So, yeah, one star for one crazy employee.

I have been frequenting this Starbucks often recently due to me being a part of the summer production at Ohlone college. The product is the usual Starbucks quality but I can’t stand some of the staff here. There is a young lady who is often working in the afternoon. She wears her hair in a ponytail but leaves her bangs in her face and she is always touching them. She carries her phone in her back pocket and her shirt is short enough that it shows her lower back. One time I came and she was sitting outfront smoking. She often will start making my drink then start doing something else, and me being a previous team member, I know that espresso shots die in 10 seconds. She has no sense of urgency and lacks customer service. When I used to work at Starbucks, the standards were high and strict. Shirts tucked in, no hair in your face, no jewlery, no phones on the floor etc. which is honestly the manager’s fault, but it’s sad that not all Starbucks have high standards. People notice these things more than you think. There is a taller gentleman who works here who always provides great customer service. He is what keeps me coming back. So thank you!

I have never been to this location. This review is merely for the awesome service I got over the phone with one of the Associates, Justin. I was calling to get an idea of how far the shop was from Grimmer Boulevard– wanted to place a «traveler» coffee pickup order for a meeting on Monday but was not aware how far the distance was from the firm to this particular Starbucks location. Justin was kind enough to look up for a closer and more convenient Starbucks location«within reach» — Thank you Justin for being very responsive, willing and helpful. We are Starbucks Coffee lovers and it’s not all about the coffee and the baked good — it’s because of the folks working behind the counter. Again, thanks Justin!
