Starbucks

I feel for the staff at this location. Good thing they have fragrant coffee grinds behind the counter to mix up the smells in the store. We saw this Starbucks while searching for a particular restaurant and ended up returning after dinner to grab hot drinks. Upon walking in, we were instantly hit by the smell of body odor. It got more potent as we approached the order pick-​up counter. For a Thursday night, it was lively with a lot of locals chatting or working on computers. There was a long table taken up by some men playing/​watching others play chess. Just too bad that my nose has definitely experienced better at other Starbucks locations.

This was my first visit. The customer service was ok. It would be good to put names on the cup or announce the names louder. I was just waiting for my drink. The lady who rang me up then told me after I waited awhile that my drink was on the bar.

OK, things have gotten better now. Table Camper is mostly gone, and the staff has gotten better.
One star back!

Stopped to get myself an after dinner mocha. The staff was friendly. Got myself a snack too– the cheese Danish. Decently fresh considering it might have been sitting since morning. Clean setting. Didn’t have much of a wait even though the lady before me had a huge order to-​go.

This review is about Monica, Jessie & Cody! I always have a very complicated order and Jessie helped me at the front by ringing me up, she was very friendly and sincere! As well as Monica, she wanted to make sure I wanted caramel drizzle which I didn’t so I was very pleased that she had specified. Great managerial skills if she isn’t already a manager, and Cody was very fun! He had my pastries ready when I got to the window and they all just exceeded my expectations. Starbucks hasn’t always had the best time frame for coffee, or customer service sometimes. However, because of them I have returned twice in the past week. (I live 15min away) So this isn’t the closest one for me but I will deff be returning.

My favorite and most visited Starbucks. Close to work, the caffeine is needed for the quick turns and this place is always great. Not a huge fan of Starbucks, but it gets the job done and the employees here are always working hard with a smile on.

Good customer service and I got my order in a timely manner. Today was a good day

Their bathroom smelled absolutely luxurious and I had such a wonderful experience in there.
In fact, I actually just came out of their restroom about 5 minutes ago and decided to write a quick review! The drinks are great, just like what you’d expect to taste at any other Starbucks, and the inside is spacious too.
Now back to studying!

I don’t like Starbucks. But I travel a lot so it’s the easiest coffee shop to find on the road. This is the first time in 6 months that I have had a Starbucks froth soymilk correctly…

I was a little disappointed yesterday, although up until then, this Starbucks was always pretty decent.
However, I ordered a grande vanilla bean frap with a shot of peppermint. After waiting a few minutes, the barista calls me over to say they do not have peppermint. I ask if there was anything similar, I was told no. I decided to just stick with my peppermint-​less frap, but there was no discussion about getting my 25 cents back for the shot, or suggestions about anything else I might have instead. And I know that if I had made a deal about it, it would be another 10 minutes until I finally got my new drink.
This is NOT the first time that I have ordered something, only to be told 5 minutes later that they are out of something (albeit at a different Starbucks). I really REALLY wish that 1) all of the baristas would CHECK their ingredients to know what they have in stock for the day and 2) they do this BEFORE having their customers pay for it! Very frustrating!

Lines get long at this Starbucks, but pretty good service. This a stop and pick up and go location, not much space for seating.

Plenty of tables and wifi is fast. Batista is friendly and service is also quick. I wish they could keep the temperature a little higher though.

I love Starbucks a lot, the environment, and my surroundings. I would come here for studying and I like how I have a calm and relax moment.

Until they get this fruit fly problem fixed, I’d have to recommend another location. Now bugs are ending up in customers drinks!

Everyone is always super nice and happy at this location. Their drinks are always delicious and they move quickly.

Love the shop and the barristas. You can tell they definitely enjoy their jobs.

We stopped at this location before going hiking and it was empty and placed our orders at 730ish; we turned around and there was a LONG line to the door of people waiting. This place became a Super-​Starbucks in less than two minutes; the way they have it set up is not conducive because when you pick up your drink at the end of the line you are trapped by all the other costumers and tables. Thankfully, we did not sit at this locaton and try to enjoy our drink.

Like this location within Fremont. Very large interior and open. The baristas are friendly and helpful. They made our drinks perfectly too!

I do not normally drink coffee, but when I do I go to this location! It’s close to the freeway which is good for morning workers and it’s located in a nice little shopping area surrounded by good food!
Once you walk in, this place seems very cozy and more like a lounge of sorts. The lighting is quite relaxing and the overall look of the place in comparison to other Starbucks is good.
I ordered a Venti Mocha Frapuccino which came out extremely fast. The barista, Benny, is super friendly and definitely knows how to make amazing drinks. He made my frappé with the perfect amount of coffee flavor and sweetness. The best part is that after it was blended it was so smooth! I literally had no chunks of ice which I usually get from other locations. There’s no better treat than drinking a perfectly blended frappé after a long day of work! This guy needs a raise or something because he makes coffee right!
Tip: Try to come here when Benny is working because he is a master barista and he makes all of the drinks fast!

This is one of the nicest and biggest Starbucks Ive been to. First and foremost, the barista’s are very friendly. Parking is easy, since it’s a HUGE lot that’s shared with Lucky’s and several other businesses. There are plenty of seats of various types. They have soft cushy chairs, café tables and chairs, a counter for folks who want to use their laptops or tablets and even a large table for big groups. They even have outdoor seating that you can enjoy. I’ve been coming here for awhile and it’s a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage and just chill.
