Close to home, so I’m here a couple of times a week. As Subways go, I like this spot… always clean, ingredients are fresh and kept properly chilled, staff is friendly. Bathroom is usually«out of service.» A fairly recent change, I suspect related to their proximity to the freeway… a HUGE number of non-customers would come in, make a mess and leave.(when I’m eating there, someone else comes into ask every few minutes, no exaggeration). If you’re a legit paying customer and ask really nicely, they might give you the key. Otherwise, you can try over ay Lucky(ask for bathroom key at Customer Service) or drive another three blocks down to McDonald’s.

Worst Subway of Bay Area… rude guy who makes customers feel like they are free loaders and gave my steak and cheese to another customer who order for Vegetarian sub as the guy is a 100% vegan and yet the guy was unapologetic and made us wait for long to get to give us our due replacement Should get closed down soon

Subway normally always had bad service but this girl was just out of this world. We walked in she just starred at us while the other shorter lady was busy helping some one. We walk up and she’s like whispering when speaking to us. She gave attitude while I was choosing my bread, then my boyfriend said he wanted everything but olives and jalapeños and he repeated for her like 4 times. Luckily we were watching her because sure enough she put jalapeños and we stopped her and asked her to take them off then she proceeded to say that he didn’t say jalapeños and rolled her eyes. The attitude and persona of this employee was not what I would want in my restaurant, Subway you should work on not having it in yours.

YUCK! This is the worst location I have ever been to. I keep telling myself that I won’t go back, but I did today. I ordered a turkey and ham on flat bread. The meat tasted spoiled, the lettuce was brown and gross, the cheese was icky. Overall, so dissappointed. I overall, like subway and their sandwiches, but this location needs some serious help. DONOTEATATTHISLOCATION. There is a togos less than a mile from here, I will be going there instead.

I rarely write review on Unilocal.But I had to write for this Subway as I been constantly recieving outstanding service from everyone who works here. I had been coming to this location for many years and not once had I ever had a bad food or service. The staff is friendly and always great you by sir(which is rare to hear) and these guys do not rush to make quick sandwich even when the lines are long. The staff is always listen to the clear instructions how the sandwich need to be made and that is how they treat almost everyone who would be standing front of me. Sahib, he has been there for quite sometimes and I had a pleasant experience with him. He had told me in advance that there is a special going on which I was not aware of and helped me save money. A great person with outstanding customer service. The place is always clean and is a cozy little store which is not too crowded and neither too small. Great work guys and especially Sahib for his great service all the time!

I come to this subway all the time because it’s convenient. But I also continue to come back because I always get very good service here, much better than most others. The food is pretty much the same at all locations, so the service makes all the difference. Keep up the good work!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a meatball sub and the guy started making chicken teriyaki. I told him i wanted a meatball sub and he said oh i thought you said #1 on the daily special. I told him no i wanted a meatball sub, its my sons favorite. guy grabbed a little cardboard plate and scooped the teriyaki chicken off the bread and puts the chicken back in the bar. He was going to use the same bread that was tainted with all the teriyaki sauce. I told the guy to give me another bread and he said no he won’t since it was my fault that i changed my mind from teriyaki chicken to a meatball sub. he called another worker and tried to explain what happened to him in different language(might have been arab) and the second worker tried to convince me that since its my fault about changing my mind regarding the sandwich, that they will not give me a new bread. I asked for the managers phone number and left. Very disgusting food practice and very bad customer service. I think I’m being generous with 1 star.

Got a tuna sandwich at 6pm last night and I was hugging the toilet bowl by 10pm. Thanks a lot Subway, you are disgusting. Update: it is 4pm the next day and my stomach still feels horrible. I hate you!

super rude people! I’ve gone about 4 times to this subway and the same 2 older women have helped– they throw the sandwich together, causing it to fall apart when you try to eat it, roll their eyes at customers(at least it’s not only me), and this last time I went, I stood in line waiting for 10 minutes, I finally was getting help when out of nowhere the lady stopped helping me to help some guy who just walked in!!? I don’t know who he was, they spoke in another language but they sure treated him nicely. it made me feel mad and uncomfortable that they literally left me and my food while they pushed it around to help this other guy who just walked in :(I don’t know why I even returned; I suggest avoid this subway and go to another for better and FAIRER service.

Don’t eat at this subway. The owner doesn’t appreciate veterans. While other subways were giving away free subs to vets on 11⁄12 this one didn’t. A cheap un patriotic owner. Never will I eat here again.

this is a standard subway franchise, but smaller than most, since the interior felt very tight and cramped, despite the lack of customers. i ordered a footlong grilled chicken sub on whole grain bread, and my sandwich artist created the sandwich to my specifications, however she had some difficulties understanding me so i had to repeat myself a few times. unfortunately, the bathrooms were out of service on this day, with no other bathrooms near by. hopefully this would be rectified before my next visit here.

The customer service is lacking(at best) and nonexistent(at worst). The few times we’ve been in, we’ve been treated like cattle, just herding us through… no smiles, no thank yous, more or less like they really didn’t want to be there. I actually watched the one employee practically yell at a customer because she misheard the customer and was starting to make the wrong thing, as though it was the customer’s fault. The only thing this Subway has going for it is its convenient location… it’s a real disappointment.

thank God I didn’t throw up like the previous reviewer. However, I, too, had a bad experience at this subway. This is the second subway where i see the owner(or employee) totally skimp on the foods. I don’t know how much can they save by with holding a slice of turkey breast? the one foot long turkey breast sandwish usually has 8 slices of meat. and the 6 inches sandwich usually has 4 slices of turkey breast. That’s just standard subway sandwich ever where i go. I got only 7 slices and I can tell she did it on purpose by putting the 8th slice back. I know they are trying to save money by giving fewer meet but this is not the way to go. the customers will know when they are cheated. It’s just annoying when i see dishonest business like this. She’ll give only a tiny speck of lettuce. even though i asked to please fill up the sandwich with veggies since i love subway because of their generosity with the veggies. the employee refused. i was handed a skinny sandwich which is mostly bread and a few slices of turkey breasts. How much money can make by doing these petty cheating. it’s annoying as hell. and they think the customer won’t know. never here again.

NEVER go to this subway. I ate there 1 time, and I had food poison, I was throwing up for 3 days. It is NASTY in there… worst subway I have ever been too.
