The owner and employees are especially courteous and friendly, serving up typical fun-to-eat Wienerschnitzel food. Their building is far from new, but they keep it neat and clean.

Location: Right off of fremont blvd in the Ranch 99 plaza! Cross street off of paseo padre and also they have parking. Customer Service: It’s whatever, seriously. I grew up and always ate here and even though I don’t live in the area anymore whenever I am around I make an effort to stop by regardless of the service lol! Décor: Typical weinershnitzel set up! Presentation of Food: — How did the food taste: Chili cheese fries until the death of me. Just thinking about them makes me want to get one! Everything else is great also but the chili cheese fries is what gets me the most! Overall Experience: I love this place.

Old school location, been there as long as I can remember. Seems out of place in a now Asian shopping center. You have to ask for the key for the bathroom. Order was quick & correct!

Man! This location is the worst and I mean that. I walked in there was no cashier at the counter, I saw a person working the drive thru and a person or two cooking in the back. They all looked and made eye contact but never greeted me, never said I’ll be right with you or anything. So I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because there were a few cars in the drive thru but still after standing there for 10 minutes no greeting or anything. A few people walked in and were in line behind me and they weren’t acknowledged either. I got fed up and decided to just leave, how do you expect to run a business the correct way if you aren’t acknowledging the customer and providing good customer service. I left to the other location and I will not be coming back to this location. Bad customer is a great way to lose my business and I will spend my money elsewhere.

I love this spot. its been a go to for my family, friends and I. I’m a local so I grew up splurging on chili fries. I would definitely go here and not to the one off Thornton. here I get my food quick fresh and with a smile. at the other Fremont location nothing but hardship. 5 stars!

5 stars because I LOVE coming here and receiving the best customer service from Leela. I hope I’m spelling that right. She’s wonderful! Because of her I’ll always return.

This Wienerschnitzel is located on Fremont Blvd by 99 Ranch Market. In my opinion, this one looks better than other Wienerschnitzel on Fremont Blvd near Thornton Ave, although it may look a little better, it could still use a nice remodel. This one does have a drive thru though compared to the other one, where it does not have one. I’ve actually been here twice. The first time I was here, which was a very long time ago, they got our order wrong, they forgot one of our items. An Indian guy took our order that time. However on my most recent visit, which was today, an Asian lady took my order and was nice. It was a pretty hot day, so I decided to stop on in and order a Mini Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae. It was tasty and you can definitely taste that it actually has Ice Cream taste, unlike with McDonald’s Ice Cream… lol. Chocolate was good too. Happy with the Mini Chocolate Sundae!

Wienerschnitzel. I have loved you and this location since I was 8. I just can’t seem to quit you. «I’ll be there for you These five words I swear to you When you breathe, I want to be the air for you I’ll be there for you I’d live and I’d die for you I’d steal the sun from the sky for you Words can’t say what love can do I’ll be there for you»

Pretty tasty when you’re just in the mood to eat junky food. Its cheap and this location isn’t as ghetto looking as the one on Fremont Blvd closer to Thornton Ave.

This place is now under new management. It is so much better. The staff are friendlier and faster. I’ve always been a fan of the hot dogs, but they have so much more items. The junkyard burger is awesome, filled with onions, chilies, mustard, beef patty and french fries. It’s delicious! If you’re not full after the meal, they have a great selection of dairy queen ice cream and sundae. Damn… I’m hungry again.

How can I rate it? It’s now closed. There are signs on the doors and it’s dark inside. WTF? Where am I supposed to get Chili Cheese Fries when I’m hungover? EDIT on 2/19/2013…they’re OPENAGAIN! 3 stars for their Chili-Cheese Fries which sobers me up on those drunk nights.

Let’s be honest. If it wasn’t for the Jalapeño poppers and corn dogs I would never go here.

Ehh, its not my first pick for fast food, but its literally a minute from my house. 2 Mini Corndogs 1 Chili-cheese fries. make sure to check your newspaper for coupons like 99cents for chilicheese fries and etc. Other than that, the people here are nice and never make a mistake with my order. Plus they’re open late. Yay.

Went here after a long time and got reminded why I stopped going. The Angus stadium dog sounded good and ended up tasting like it had some industrial chemicals in it. Nasty! No wonder this place is empty all the time.

The food here is always tasty. but for some reason, no matter what i order from here, i always get sick. We usually only order the regular items, corndogs, chili dogs, and chili fries… but it always ends up the same way. It may not be the same for everyone, but its been my repeat experience, so i wont be returning to this location.

This is a long time staple in Fremont. It’s been in continuous operations for over 30 years. This is my go-to spot when I’m craving carnival style corn dogs with spicy mustard for only 79 cents and old skool hand dipped chocolate soft serve ice cream for 99 cents. Oh sooo good… Don’t forget to show your AAA card for a discount.

I had a hot dog craving today, so ended up here since it’s not far from where I live. I ordered my usual 2 kraut dogs and 2 chili dogs and they were just as good as I had remembered them as a kid. I grew up with W in the 60s and their dogs and chili sauce have not changed, thank goodness. But back in the 60s, all you had to choose from was this: mustard dog, kraut dog, or chili dog. That’s it. Their menu expanded over the years. Now I’m glad to see that are taking credit cards, for a long time it was debit cards only. They do have good deals with those coupons you get in the mail. I’d watch for those. Minus some stars for having NONAPKINS anywhere. They put a couple in your order, but that’s it. I haven’t run into any problems yet with this manager lady other reviewers are talking about, but if I encounter an incident here in the future, you will definitely see an update here.

They were giving out FREE original chili dog or kid’s cone on Tues. July 15, 2008 from 5−8pm to celebrate National Hot Dog Month at Wienerschnitzel. So I go there and tell the girl I want my FREE chili dog. She grabs a pre-made one for me and that was it. I then said can I get some water. She said that’ll be .11c, so I passed. Then I asked for a napkin(since they keep a stack by their work area, none out for the customer). Just one. She said«no». So I had to eat my chili dog with no water & no napkin. It was of low quality meat & ok chili. The chili used to be better. Only good thing was it was FREE and on my way home.
