The service was super duper fast and the food was great. That’s as good as it gets to be quite honest.

Dropped by for a quick lunch of the 5 for 5 deal, except now it’s not 5 for 5 anymore, it’s 5 for $ 5.95. You can mix and match so I got 3 chili dogs and 2 corn dogs. Works for me! I only wish the deal included kraut dogs too.

Live in Arizona and visit family in Fremont, CA; 6 – 10 times a year. I frequent when here. My issue, they handle money then prepare ‘ready to eat’ sandwiches with no gloves the ‘health code specifically requires the use of gloves’. I repeatedly instruct them to use them, each and every time I eat there. Would someone at Wienerschnitzel get on their on their case.

Always a good place to go. This location has always had the nicest people. A nice quiet location to eat at and no traffic or parking problems.

Best hot dogs in town. Loved the sauerkraut onion and mustard. And chili onion dog. Also tried the chili cheese fries. Yummy. For dessert a chocolate dipped cone haven’t had one in years. A nice surprise. If you’re looking for fancy you won’t find that. Just a great dog and friendly stAfff. Will be going back once a week.

Do not confuse this Wienerschnitzel location for the one near 99 Ranch! This one is next to the A&W off Fremont Blvd & Thornton Ave.
Anyway, I’ve been coming to this location for years and I come here once in a while whenever I want to indulge myself in some chili cheese ANYTHING. The lady that works (and I assume owns) the place is so nice! She always greets people with a «Hi» and it seems like the local people around this area of Fremont know her because she was chatting with a customer like they’ve been friends for years! I always order a chili cheese fry, chili cheese dog, and chili cheeseburger whenever I am here. The food is always on point and even when it gets busy, the lady never loses her step and she’s always on top of things! I prefer this location than anywhere else, honestly.

rushed here just before closing and the owner, I believe, helped my fiancé and myself out. the food was delish and nicely organized. speedy service. he also gave us a free soda and 2 corn dogs to go along with his warm smile and friendly conversation (:

I went through the drive-​thru because I was craving an ice cream sundae late one night. The man on the intercom was very nice and polite and he was also polite when I paid and took my ice cream. It’s nice to see some fast food workers that aren’t crazed by the late night work and are still in a general good mood. :) Also, the ice cream sundae was goooood.

I went to Wienerschnitzel last night around 8:50PM ordering a bunch of stuff for my family and I was very happy with my experience. When I pulled up to the drive thru, the first thing I heard was «Hi how can I help you». Not a «Yo», «hey man», «sup» or someone trying to shove their special delight blasted loud over the intercom in a speedy voice like «omg i need to just say this to everyone or i’ll get fired» kinda person.
I placed my order and the girl on the intercom repeats my order in a polite manner and tells me my total. I pull up to the window and the girl says hi again and I pay for my food. Since it was a large order she goes to help finish up the order. Through the window, I was amazed to see everyone working. No goofing around, no joking, co workers talking trash to each other or throwing fries at each other. Everyone was actually doing their job and acting professional.
Now you might ask why does this deserve a review for a normal drive thru experience? First… she gave me 2 forks (1 for each chili fries that I ordered). Secondly, she gave me napkins in both bags and enough to clean up any mess plus 2 ketchup sauces per hotdog (4 total so 8 ketchup sauces).
Have you ever gone to mcdonalds and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and they dont give you the sauce or they only give you? Once sauce for 10 nuggets?! Or asked for ketchup for 2 medium fries and they give you one ketchup sauce packet only and no napkins? Or go to taco bell and order 4 tacos and they give you 1 taco sauce? These are the things that make me want to yell at someone sometimes.
Wienerschnitzel, keep up the good work. I’ll be buying from you again…

I’ve been going to wienerschnitzel since I was like 7 and there is no other place that can make chili cheese fries like they can. It’s just something about them that’s so addicting. Love this place.

Amazing customer service! Lee the owner is so nice! She always remembers me and says hello and remembers my order everytime I go in there. I’ve been going there for over 20 years and she remembers my entire family and asks me about them everytime I go in. She will cater events or parties… I actually had her cater my babyshower and it was the best idea ever. Hey a pregnant ladies eats what she wants :)
My favorite thing there is the chilli cheese dogs and chilli cheese fries… SO GOOD!

Cant go wrong with corndogs, chili cheese dog, fries, and jalenpeno poppers! Good service and fast! Place is old parking can be hard during lunch and traffic on fremont blvd.

Great franchise, the building is a little run-​down but its got its charm. The workers are all very friendly, accept coupons with no problems. Alsways get fresh food and fries are filled to the brim. Of course a 5-​star rating is relative, but for cheap fast food they do it right.

I really love that they make the food fresh and are quick as well. I’ve never gotten a cold hot dog, corn dog or stale french fries here. So good!
The only thing I noticed is that twice that we tried to go at night, they were closed earlier than closing time. So if you go 10 – 15 min before closing, you might be out of luck.

Went to Wienerschnitzel after a long break. They get a star just for having one of the most fun names. Trying saying Wienerschnitzel over and over, it gives your mouth a workout.
I got the kraut dog and chili cheese fries which were pretty good. Try not to think of the calories in this.

The building is old but with a classic feel I love to go here and eat in the little indoor patio ! The chili cheese fries are addicting, and I have never had food from here that I didn’t like! But the best part about this place is for sure the desserts! Don’t leave with out getting a dessert!!!
Also the workers are very friendly and they let you keep your coupons to reuse!!!
