McDonald’s

Standing in line at the post office so I’m actually reviewing a Mcdonalds (lol). For a McDonald’s, this location is pretty nice. Went here specifically for the bathroom, and it was definitely up to par. One of the nicest Mcdonalds restrooms I’ve been to.
The setup of building itself is heavily based on the or drive-​through. Good location if you’re on the go, as their drive through wraps around the entire building.
The service itself was actually pretty good. Very courteous and respectful (like wow, am I really at a McDonald’s or what?!). Plus I won a free drink playing their monopoly game ayyeee

If you eat in at this location, it is much faster than the drive thru. at least that’s been my experience.

So i decided to come here to get breakfast i go through the drive thru since its more convenient and fast but today i thought wrong i order pancakes & oatmeal & the lady in the drive thru window told me to park in the reserved parking which i did 5 or 10 mins later gentlemen brings me my smoothie he didn’t say ill bring your breakfast out shortly he walks rite back in & serves every other customers waited there for a whole 45mins still didn’t bring it out i go through thru and get my money back & told them you’ll here from your corporate soon horrible customers service!!!

What good is a drive tru if you still have to wait for a long period. Please get organized and moving chose mc for a quick meal but I guess I shild just have gone to in and out and it qould have been faster grrrrrr

²⁴⁄₇ ?! Not a chance. What a let down. All the lights are on, but no one is here. If you’re not gonna be open at least turn the lights off! Seriously, what a tease.

First i would fire the whole damn crew that opened late and 6 13 am
Today jan.11, 2015 the lobby was not open or the drive thru also after blowing car horn .then the woman had a shove it you no where act. i would can this whole group​.my.
friend ate i could not purchase here i am appalled at the behavior of screw the consumer and or customer attitude.
I went back following day bought a meal with large ice tea unsweet it came with sweetener, basic mc d is good as long as you are happy after paying to be molested…

Supposedly this is a 24 hour drive-​thru. I have not yet once been able to order here after midnight because no one answers the drive thru

I grew up eating McDonalds and I hate to admit that I still eat here. This particular McDonalds has some sentimental history for me.
My wife worked here when she was a teenager and during her time there the owner of this particular store introduced the quarter pounder.
Growing up in Fremont this was the McDonalds my parents always took me to.
Nowadays I go here for the dollar breakfast menu. It’s hard to beat a dollar coffee with a dollar sausage biscuit. I spend more money at a donut shop.

I saw it open ²⁴⁄₇ .but when i get there at 12:13am, i could find no one. Better u guys change the timing. or work all the day

This place stinks. They upgraded it yea, but now you need to move about the drive thru like some bloody obstacle course. Seems too they didn’t upgrade people who speak english, or comprehend it. I still get my orders wrongs, and of course the people who run the register doesn’t speak or understand english. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Find another place to eat, as this one will get whatever you bought, wrong.

Looks like this location got an upgrade recently. The drive through was fast and the food was well… what you would expect. When I am this area and need to pick up something fast, this or the Little Caeser’s next door are the go to options.

I came to this mcdonald just to buy a drink i waited 15 minutes in the lobby because the cashier was chatting with her friends .and they apparently were placing an order for 15 minutes. This is the problem with this store customer serivce is very bad.

Just keep DRIVING BY. It is so not worth the stop. The drive through can NEVER get your order right.
I love the iced coffee and iced tea at Mcdonalds, but I will now drive out of my way to go to another location to get one after this last episode I had.
They never can get the sugar-​free Vanilla in the coffee or as yesterday’s episode, gave me sweet tea when I clearly said PLAIN TEA, and when I received the tea at the drive through window, I said «it’s UNSWEETENED, CORRECT?» Of course it wasn’t. When you are a diabetic, that much sugar can really mess up your blood sugar.
I drove back, went in and told them, there was not even an «I’m sorry for your trouble», it was just like here, now get «F» out of here.
Then when I got home, the rest of the order was messed up.

The service at this Mickie Deez is slow. The «line» was very disorderly and everyone sort of had to guess who came first. It took the workers way too long to take the orders of the 2 groups that were ahead of me because they were dealing with the drive thru. I have never experienced such a long wait to order one McChicken. I really wanted to leave, but I was starved.
Thornton Jr. High is right across the street from this spot, so expect a bit of chaos during 2 or 3pm (or 12 on short days). Also, the newly renovated ordering area feels cramped because they tried to section it off from the dining area. I felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic, and all the little vatos running around did little to ease my discomfort.
At least they didn’t fcuk up my order, and my food was fresh.
Avoid this spot if possible. Go to the McDonalds on Decoto Rd instead.

Horrible service at this McDonald’s since the re opening. They had to ask me three times for my order… (Diet come and unsweetened iced tea). I did not think it was a difficult order, yet they could not get it right and at each window they had to ask me for my order. Took way too long to get and was frustrating.

Okay. Sooo I honestly don’t expect top notch customer service from McDonalds. But I do expect to be treated like a human being. I’ve hit up the drive through 3 maybe 4 times since it’s opened…& the first three times something was wrong with our order. No big deal, it was just like a missing sauce, or missing nuggets… the guy would always compensate me for it. But this last time the lady was soooo rude! She didn’t say please, she didn’t say thank you… or you’re welcome. She slammed the window shut as soon as she handed us the bag. Then I checked and of course no sauce. We tried getting her attention and asked politely for our sauce. She said «here» then we said «sorry, thank you» and she slammed the window. That was the last straw. Never going here again.

McDonald’s here has been around for decades. the pavement looks like it hasn’t been repaved for decades also. bumpy riding in this strip mall.

— Food typically comes out fresh. Sounds like it’s supposed to be a given, but some McDonald’s have given my friends food poisoning and served tough/​stale food on multiple occasions. This one not so much.
— Customer service is typically friendly, but I’ve had my share of bad customer service stories. A little slow, but I’m a patient guy.
— Interior design has a pretty cool brick layout with a neat little center dining area.

I know, I’m reviewing McDonald’s. First, one must admit they eat the stuff in doing so. Second, I gave them 5 stars. Wuhduhheo, you say? Hear me out.
The most recent reviews for this place from years ago. With the employment turnover rate of fast food restos, it’s likely a completely different staff altogether.
Service is not just quick, but friendly! I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least. When are they ever more than just the bare minimum cordial? My order is always accurate and the food is probably of better quality than most Mickey D’s… if that’s possible. The fries are always piping hot and they take care in putting your sandwiches together instead of plopping everything onto the bun and calling it a day. My McRib and Fillet-​O-​Fish actually looked like as good as they do in the ads!
So yes, I know… 5 stars for the king of fast food. It’s 5 stars by fast food standards, okay? Leave me be. However, as much as I like my neighborhood McDonald’s, I promise I won’t make it a regular part of the Vi T diet.

My family used to eat here after church on Sundays when we were kids. I always enjoyed it.
Now I don’t go anymore since everyone knows fast food is bad for you.
Today, Monday, 7÷13÷09, is FREE Iced or Hot Mocha at McDonald’s (until Aug 3^rd) and since traffic was heavy decided to exit and since they had the FREE mocha banner outside I stopped.
It’s 7oz iced mocha or 8oz hot mocha. Chocolate syrup, espresso, cold milk, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle. I got my iced mocha w/​o whipped cream.
I thought it was too strong & sweet. Only took a few sips then dumped it down the drain at home.
They have some toy trains & other toys in glass inside the store to look at.
They have drive-​thru and plenty of parking when I went at 5pm.
