Very disappointed, I ordered a whopper with cheese and no pickles and they filled my whopper with pickles, with nothing else

The lame zombie at the register took our order but we basically had to SHOW him what we wanted. («Top left corner, middle row… the value nuggets.») then he overcharged us but idk how their return policy works or if the lame cashier did either…
The food finally was ready, or so I thought. The chicken fries were lukewarm and the fries were hot as hell yet somehow bland and raw. I went up to ask for some dipping sauce and the girl just stared at me when I asked for it. After 5 seconds of awkward eye contact, I said «…that’s it. That’s all I want». And she finally comprehended what I asked. This is the weirdest Burger King I’ve ever been too and I used to work at a horrid one. See ya NEVER

Worst meal & customer service ever! Employee could figure out what the «Value Meal» 4 piece chicken nuggets were for $ 1.00! Charged me the full meal price of $ 6.00!!! Fries were raw and everyone there was actually brain dead! NEVER GOING TO ANY BURGER KING AGAIN!

First we waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came up to take our order, 1 regular combo and 2 breakfasts combos were ordered and all three came back wrong. This has happened the last 4 times they’ve got my order wrong. I’m over Burger King all together. Done.

This fast food restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star because it has been very unworthy. What kind of a food chain servers a burger whooper without a tomato in it?! The prices are also high compared to other food chains and not even fresh enough

This Burger King doesn’t even deserve one star! It really should be replaced with a better fast food establishment. The restaurant is so dirty that my five year old son called it out. He said he rather go across the street and eat at McDonalds. The food was old and dry. No fresh ingredients at all. I received a refund and threw away all my BK coupons and I do not plan on going to another BK anytime soon.

Why is every one of your locations a pit of despair and sadness? Every time I step food in to a burger king, this one being no exception, I can always expect three things will happen without fail.
1.) Its gonna be dirty as all hell inside the dining room. When I came there was food left on the floor after haphazard cleaning, the soda machines and accompanied counters/​lid dispensers were all dirty. Its really skeevy, I had to sit down to wait for my food and it was pretty gross, speaking of waiting for my food, that brings us to point number 2!
2.) You are gonna wait a long ass time for your food to come out. It doesn’t matter how many people are in front of you, I have waited forever being the ONLY person in line. When I stopped in to this location we waited FIFTEEN MINUTES for 3 items. I don’t expect food to come out in seconds, but fifteen minutes is a little excessive.
3.) The person taking your order is going to have no idea of what they are doing. They will be confused by the items that you want, they will be confused by how the register works, heck I am surprised that breathing doesn’t confuse them sometimes.
I know it seems like I am being harsh here, and maybe I am. But I have had so many bad experiences at this chain that I had to complain about my visit!

I normally wouldn’t review a fast food chain but this is partially just a review concerning the franchise in general. Burger King has seriously reached an all time low right guys? The establishments are in shambles, theyre always switching up their menu and making it worse, and there’s absolutely nothing tasty about anything they serve (including their nasty new fries).
To backtrack a little, I will say that the cashiers who work here are very nice people. I appreciate that. However, keeping in mind that cooking is unlikely a prerequisite for employment, all of our chicken burgers came out nice and burnt. Isn’t there a timer or something they can use?
At this particular chain you can gaze out the window and watch the homeless groom themselves in the grassy corridor. This is probably the substitution for free wifi which is offered at chains like McDonald’s and Starbucks.
Burger king once left me with good memories. Maybe it was the novelty of wearing the paper crown as a child. It’s time they shut their doors for good so tht another franchise could occupy their properties.

Ok so it’s BK, can’t expect a lot, right? Yup. My mushroom burger tasted of something awful, and my girlfriend’s burger was drenched in Ketsup. Tables werent really clean, but it was right after lunch, so I’ll give them the benefit of a doubt. If I’m hungry, I’ll go to Cheesecake Factory.

I’m seriously thinking Burger King will be going out of business if they keep this up. The front menu only has certain featured products, while there’s a side menu with tiny small lettering letting you know about the value menu items and other less popular items.
The girl taking my order was nice and friendly. There was barely any customers in there.
First time I went in, some tables were dirty with ketchup and food splattered on them. There was food on the chairs and also on the floor. It looked awful in there. I see cleanliness issues in fast food restaurants all the time, so my expectations are low; however, this was pretty bad. Went in a second time, and the tables and floors were a little cleaner than the previous visit.

One time, during one of my chicken nugget craving days in the beginning of my pregnancy, I decided to try some of Burger Kings new «chicken nuggets» instead of Mcdonalds since I kept seeing them being advertised everywhere.
THEY WERE AWFUL.
You know those really disgusting frozen chicken nuggets you get from the store in a package of like, 24 for about $ 3 – 4 bucks and they taste soggy and chewy no matter how much you try to cook them in the oven?
I’m pretty sure Burger King uses those exact nuggets. Absolutely gross.
Plus their fries taste like crackers and if you order a small meal they give you about six of those suckers.

Now I remember why I haven’t eaten here in over a year. My daughter’s friend wanted the chicken fingers, so we hopped in the car and headed to the Burger King in front of Fashion Fair Mall. Only 2 cars ahead of me but seemed to take forever. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich combo and they each had the chicken finger meals. It came to $ 19 (not cheap). We get home and unpack the food– no dipping sauce, no ketchup. I unwrap my sandwich and it looks like someone sat on it! The bread was soggy, there were a few strands of shredded lettuce, and about ½ teaspoon of mayo on it. Yuck! Fries were ok. The best thing about my meal was the coke– better than Mc Donald’s. The last few times I had coke from Mc D’s, it tasted like it was mixed with sprite-​but that’s a different review!
