Ordered $ 18.81 cent worth food and 3 of sandwiches with fries and shake all messed up way too much sauce and nothing what I ordered Paid extra 40 cents for each sandwich to have jalapeños and they forgot to add I had to throw away sandwiches it was impossible to eat with so much sauce Asked for light sauce and sauce was dripping wet Fries where burned I just threw them away Called Alejandro night lead to complaint he insured will refund and apologize that new guy messed up. What he didn’t tell me or forgot to mention they were shutting down permanently next day. I called shift manager tonie next day and she was happy to refund the amount of $ 18.81 if I show up before 10:00 pm Drove through drive through waited 10 minutes and then I was asked by other girl to come inside. Now tonie wants to know if I want refund or another sandwich. Why would I want another shitty sandwich? «Just refund the money«I replied. I was totally frustrated waited another 10 minutes as she wanted to verify from her store manager. Then she tried to refund the amount but wasn’t successful in refunding $ 18.81 instead she asked if its ok she can refund me $ 18.14 as she wasn’t able to come up with amount what was shown on receipt. I agreed and she did refund and also notified me she need to keep receipt and if for some reason it doesn’t post to your account go to other jack in the box and talk to them. Well Atleast she tried her best. May be its good they are closing not because of bad customer service because of railway. Owner must be getting 4 times what the place is worth jack pot for owner lol. Advice to owner train your employees before putting them on floor. If food is not presented right no one wants to eat. Thanks tonie for help

Let me tell you why I am a fan :) The girl at the drive through is consistently super nice! The food is fast food and it isn’t terrible but I am not speaking about cuisine here. I am reviewing the great customer service and the very speedy service. We asked for a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie slice for the kids but they had stopped serving it. My boys were disappointed and she was so apologetic it was really sweet. She gave us other options but that’s really all they wanted as far as desserts went. Our food was served hot, complete, and with a smile :)

I asked my boyfriend to stop by this jack in the box to pick me up a sandwich after work.(Note: my boyfriend is a mechanic.) He told me he went inside to order because his cars loud and he doesn’t want to make it difficult for the employees to hear his order. Bless his kindness… When he went inside the employee was rude and did not want to serve him because she thought he was homeless because his clothes were filthy with oil stains. She degraded him in front of customers and asked him publicly if he even had money. I WILLNEVEREATATANYJACKINTHEBOXEVERAGAININMYENTIRELIFE. You forever lost a customer jack. I can’t even begin to explain my disgust. Even if this happened to a stranger! Shame on you!

Usually my experiences at Jack in the Box involve ridiculously long wait times. Waiting in line, waiting to take my order, waiting for my food. Most JIB locations easily take twice as long as any other fast food chain, and I don’t know why. Luckily this location is actually pretty speedy, which me and my 30 minute lunch break appreciate. I could talk about the food but if you have ate at one Jack in the Box you have ate at them all, and I would just be telling you what you already know.

This is another establishment that makes me feel as if my English is below par. Several times have I patronized this location only to be misunderstood all those times. Should I develop an accent in order to be understood? About 75% of the time, I do receive the correct order. Depending on the time one visits this location, the drive thru can be quite popular.
