My family and I have gone to them for 3 years or more now. Averaging about 3 times a year. They were great in the beginning but now it seems like the newer people they hire don’t take their job seriously. They don’t listen to what you want anymore and the pictures are only getting worse each visit and costing more! Don’t get me wrong, 90% of the employees are nice but nice doesn’t cut it when you don’t get what you pay for.

Bad experience and portraits. The young lady didn’t really take charge of the session, allowing others in the room to try to get the kids attention (4 kids, ages 4 mos-3yrs). It wasn’t helping. She also asked us to pose all the kids. She was asking for my 7 month old to pose in ways she couldn’t. She insisted the baby could, which resulted in her toppling over a couple times and bumping her mouth on a prop and falling back. On top of that in the moment I ended up paying for what turned out to be bad pics.
