Jimmy John’s is pretty good for the most part. Since I’ve become vegetarian, the only sandwich on the menu that I’m slightly interested is the tuna. It’s okay … not bad, but not the best. I usually drop in on this location when I’m getting a pedicure next door. I do really enjoy Jimmy John’s dedication to being super quick, however, I have found this to contribute to a special request being forgotten i.e. adding Dijon mustard to a sandwich that normally doesn’t come with it.

These guys now deliver, and are fast!!! Perfect for us at work! Not sure why they don’t offer regular mustard, but I’ll let that slide. Great sandwiches! Gotta try their wheat bread!

I’m typically a Big Jimmy John’s fan however this location failed to meet the«standard». My daughters and wife were not satisfied either after we all ordered different sandwiches. It is BETTER than Subway but not as good as Togo’s.

When I’m in the mood for a sandwich jimmy johns is my favorite, it’s definitely the French bread that makes the sandwich. I like the boot legged or club lulu. You had to add cheese which is $ 1.00 extra. But the employees at this location are always friendly, and the place is always clean. When I have it delivered to work it’s always super fast. No complaints at this location.

Wish this was closer to home. I ordered the #9 — Italian Night Club with no mayo, added hot peppers, Dijon mustard and oregano. Love the fresh bread and all the fresh meats and veggies. I got my sandwich to go, by the time I finished placing my order and paying for it the sandwich maker handed me my sandwich. All the staff was friendly, Kate was my order taker/cashier and helped me make sure I ordered my sandwich the way I wanted it. Seven bucks for one of their club selections is not bad, plenty of meat, cheese, the veggies and condiments. Looking forward to my next sandwich and I have an idea which one I might order…

The food is great, but my review is on the locations here and in Clovis… called for last minute catering order and they were so helpful. Bill in Clovis was awesome and I didn’t catch his name but the young man at this location was super helpful

I ordered a salami sandwich with tomato lettuce and mayo and no cheese. well I got lettuce no tomato and cheese. Also when I was on the phone it took about 30 minutes just to order and the dude on the phone was clueless. Worst experience ever and the sub wasn’t good either. NEVER eating there again.

I havent tried the sandwiches yet, so I’ll just give it a 4. I’ve had JJ’s before so I’m sure itll be good. But I do wana point out how great and nice the employees were. 3 chicks. So its unfortunate to hear ppl say that they’ve had bad experiences. Just know that not all the employees are like that!

First visit. Had the #8. Delicious. Bread is very fresh. I like the 8″ size of the sandwiches. Just right. I will be back.

I usually go to the Jimmy Johns on Clovis and Herndon but I was in fresno and close to this one. I ordered 5 sandwiches and the guy at the register was so unfriendly. I asked if I could have the sandwiches cut in fourths because I was taking them to work for some of my employees. He was annoyed at the request. It wasn’t a matter of the store being busy because there was only one customer in there at the time and no one waiting. I asked the guy at the register for my receipt and he said it was with the sandwiches. He was so rude. After the other guy made the sandwiches he handed me the bag. No thank you or anything. That store had the worst customer service. I will never go back there again. Hey here’s some news for you. THERE Are Way Too many good places to eat that treat their customers good. Hope the owner is aware of his employees.

Amazing sandwiches. Best one has to be the ultimate porker. Only complaint I have is one of the female employees go delivered to my work. She was very rude about waiting for my co worker to get her food(she paid by card & needed to sign). She went out there because about 3 minutes after me because we had a small rush at that time, and the lady who delivered kinda tossed the bag to her and when my co worker told her thank you, she turned her head and said, «yeah».

I like ordering online for pickup. It is so much easier so that I make sure to get the sandwich how I want it. I like vegetables so I indicate extra(no extra charge), besides you get more for what you pay. The sandwiches are pretty good as long as they don’t overdo the mayo. Their sandwiches aren’t anything special from anyone else’s.

All is good. food is decent, delivery, everything is good. My problem, when ordering online the prices seem to fluctuate! $ 2.00 for a bag of chips and $ 2.25 for a cookie today on top of the sandwich. that’s almost $ 13.00! I can get a pizza for that. This place is *WAY* to expensive. 2 months ago the chips and cookies were both a dollar. Forget it, you can keep your sandwich, I’ll go somewhere else.

Best sandwich shop on the West Coast by far Man! When I want a great Italian sub like on the East Coast I choose the #9…

Why not 5 star? It is a sandwich… but great nevertheless! Great sandwich, very helpful young man on the phone on 12÷27÷13 at 8:30… and very friendly delivery boy. hope that is politically correct to say still.(if not, our polite delivery person, as I cant say too friendly, or that is harassment(pronounced harris-mint, mind you). We all have the flu, and we heard they delivered, so we called, and our order arrived 14.37 seconds later. Only down side: a 5 dollar delivery fee. which I guess is ok. but I asked if the delivery boy received any of that, and he said no so I threw another 3 bucks in there. Sandwiches were wonderful. they only have two types of bread, whole wheat, and sourdough. it is not toasted by default, but was nice. simple. I would do this again. but may force my self in to the car to go pick up… or call one of my friends!

This was just really, really good. Simple, fresh sammich. Very quick. Didn’t taste fake like some sandwich places with«fresh» bread and other not so fresh things. Their bread was REALLY greeat. They don’t deliver to my area though. Sad face.

They make a good sandwich here, and their bread is always nice and tasty. The sandwich is about the same as you could expect from any other Jimmy Johns, and as usual our sandwiches were ready pretty fast. My only complaint was that some of the staff seemed to be pretty unenthused about assisting us. The girl at the register was super friendly and helpful, but when we had a question about where they deliver to she asked another girl who just short of shrugged and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than there at that moment, it was a little on the rude side. I don’t expect that they should be my best friend, but I do expect that they are at least polite. But the girl at the register made up with it by being super friendly, and the tasty sandwich helped lessen the blow as well.

Just moved to Fresno from the Chicago area where Jimmy John’s is a staple in just about every neighborhood, so imagine my excitement when I found one in our new home town! No JJ’s withdrawal for me. Phew! For those of you unfamiliar with the franchise, it’s your standard sub sandwich place(think Subway or Submarina), but something about it blows the others out of the park. If I had to guess, it would probably be(1) their freshly baked, addicting bread(the reason for their«free smells» sign in the window, also available day-old for $ 0.50 per loaf!), or(2) the fact that they seriously do not skimp on the amount of meat and other toppings like many sandwich places do. My go-to picks are the Turkey Tom or Beach Club w/EZ mayo.(They use the real-deal mayo, so it’s worth the few extra calories to let it add a punch of pizazz to your sub.) Both are super fresh tasting, pretty healthful, and filling enough that I don’t need chips or whatever. The hubs prefers to maximize his carnivorous side at all times and goes with the Hunter’s Club(beef) + onions. Full mayo, obviously. And it’s darn good. Interior is fun and consistent across any location, with silly signs and slogans here and there for your amusement as you wait(though you shouldn’t have to wait long since they are known for being«freaky fast» in putting your sandwich together. That said, this local was not as fast as most others I’ve been to. Maybe with a little more practice…). ;] Hungry and need a quick bite? Definitely hit this place up. But don’t blame me for your subsequent addiction. Seriously. I warned you. And you’re welcome. :]
