Supercuts

Everytime I go here I have a great experience. If I had to chose someone to go to it would be Candy. She does exactly what you want to be done and wants your hair to look great. If you are looking for something more nourishing to your hair, try the tea tree experience. It’s like you are at the spa for ¹⁄₃ of the price! It’s a great place overall!

Moved in three months ago. Thought great! A hair cut place next door to me. First cut there? Fine. A find. Next month, second cut. Not so fine. Went back and the manager supposedly fixed it. Not good. Took another month to grow it out. Went to this particular SuperCuts. Granted not all SuperCuts are created equal. Just read the Unilocal reviews about Fresno. But I arrived ten minutes before opening. The manager let us in. OK, so tell me the last time someone at a store or counter or window opened up before the exact second that the sign declared open? And especially when it was exclusively for the customer’s convenience. Right! My point exactly. There was a man who arrived after me. Then at 9:00, we were both in chairs and all caped up. I got Candy. Fitting, since she had pink hair. She also reminded me of a really good friend who just got married… expressions, facial gestures, and chatter. I felt at home. Also Cat, the manager gave me restaurant tips. Candy didn’t go off on the pitiable previous cut. She professionally went to work and fixed it by giving me a champion cut. And I might add, not with the speed of a factory line overseen by a «time/​number of products completed Nazi,» like the feeling I’ve had when I went to other SuperCuts or similar franchises. She took the time to insure I’d be happy and become part of this store’s family. Result? I looked great! Ok. The cut looked great considering the canvas, (he said modestly… and accurately). I found my new haircut home.

Let’s be honest– it’s hard to find a hair professional we trust and can communicate with. So many personalities, so many opinions. I almost don’t want to share who I found– wanna keep her all to myself! If I were a millionaire I’d hire her to just do my hair exclusively! Lol. 3 times now someone has done horrible things to my hair– first a bad cut, then a bad dye and in August a nice little chemical burn. All 3 times I ran to Cat and she fixed it right up. She’s honest, to the point and she has a way of LISTENING to what you want and then just doing that. She knows colors and textures and every time I go to her I walk away with exactly what I wanted. I’m telling you– she is wonderful. She even knows a ton about the health of your hair.
I am seriously at the point now that I don’t want anyone else to touch my hair. I just pray she never quits or retires. Ever.

My husband and Son get their haircuts here and they always do a great job.

These guys always do a consistent good job on my hair cuts. Granted I have one of the easiest heads of hair to trim, however they seem to have it down to an art and the girls are cute as always interesting to chat with! :)
