just left the drive thru spent a little over $ 30 on chicken tenders and large sides, got home and noticed the gravy was like water I actually thought it was soup smh, called KFC& got Kathrine on the phone and she admitted that they had a batch of watery gravy why she still served it to me & other customers is beyond my comprehension she told me the general manager name is mike & he will be in tomorrow i will definitely be giving mike a call, I used to be the one campaigning for fast fast workers to earn $ 15 a hour but things like this changed my mind

The black girl working the register on Tuesday when I came in, had a poor attitude and kept on walking past me when I already had my order ready. When she took my order, she had an informal attitude towards me and I didn’t really like it. I forgot her name, but I hope management retrains her on customer service. I don’t want her fired because fast-food can be rough, but an attitude adjustment is what’s needed

It was a 20 minute wait and they were out of chicken breasts seriously how do you run out of chicken breasts? The lobby was so dirty and it wasn’t even busy because people were leaving after they found out there’s no chicken breasts when we got our food and came home with it it was still slightly pink on some of the chicken it’s gross never again

If you want your order screwed up… go here. This KFC never gets your order right. Last week they screwed up my order. I called & spoke with the asst mgr. She said they would replace my order when I wanted it. She asked my name to write it down. When I went there today they said she didn’t write it down and asked for the receipt which I didn’t have because I wasn’t told to save it. The girl who helped me got snotty & that’s when I lost my temper which is rare for me. When they finally said they would get my order for me they asked original or crispy. I said crispy. When the girl put it together she showed it to me and of course it was wrong. Holy smokes! I had just told her what I wanted and she couldn’t remember for 30 seconds? The beans last week were even semi-hard. I will never go to KFC again. Save Mart has the best fried chicken and that’s where I will go when I want fried chicken. The last 8 times I went to KFC, they screwed up my order 7 times. Not a good record!

Lazy, slow, stupid ppl work here. The only thing they are capable of doing fast is taking your money and giving you receipt after that you will be waiting in parking lot for 15 – 20 minutes. Even if you ordered smallest meal wait limit is 20 minute in parking lot. Food quality sucks soggy dead cold potato wedges

My boyfriend and I went here to pick up a quick dinner after a long day. We waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes before someone even came on the loudspeaker. We would’ve left but we were boxed in. Finally after another 10 minutes of waiting, they finally took our order. 3 different people came on the intercom and each one got the order wrong. The final person to come on had such a bad attitude but she at least got the order right, finally. The person in front of us was waiting for their food the whole time and they continued to wait for another 10 or so minutes after we ordered. We finally got up to the window and paid and only had to wait about 5 more minutes to get our order. The final order we received was still incorrect but we decided to just suck it up and go home. This was my first time at this KFC branch and I will definitely not be going back.

Absolutely horrible service… stood in line for 15 minutes and the damn line didn’t even move. There’s about six workers there too. Unacceptable and the last time I went there my chicken was all dried out on you know why went back and I’ll never go back again to any KFC

Never ever go to this kfc. I understand is new year and long line. I have waited 20 mins for drive tru. Went home and she shorted my meal. Corn on the cob, biscuit and chicken was short. I am very mad with the experience.

I ordered a #4(2 chicken littles) on my Saturday lunch break and was told to park because it would be an 8 minute wait. 20 minutes later, I had no food and it was time for me to go back to work, so I left. I called the store on my next break and the employee on the other line agreed to give me 2 #4’s(did not need to be on the same visit) and told me that I did not need to provide a receipt — just my name. I had no problem when I showed up on Tuesday and claimed one of my meals, so I did not expect to have any issues on the following visit. I felt like an idiot when I showed up on Friday and the manager(I was told his name was Muhammed) would not provide me with my second meal because I did not have my receipt and no one recognized my name like on Tuesday. I suggested he contact the manager on duty from the night I did not receive my meal, since he was operating as though I was lying rather than as if a mistake might have been made. Of course, the manager from the night in question did not remember my name, just like the staff did not remember that they had a customer waiting outside in the middle of summer when this whole ordeal began. Muhammed cited company policy and told me there was nothing he could do for me. I let him know that even though I understood it wasn’t his fault, this was a terrible way to deal with a paying customer. He showed no appreciation for my situation in his response when he half-rolled his eyes — perhaps because he felt I was ungrateful that he took time out of his Kentucky Fried evening to make a phone call to the manager who should have never allowed the situation to escalate in the first place. So at this point, I have spent $ 5.00 and three lunch periods to receive a single #4. I’ve wasted $ 5.00 on lesser things, but as a full-time worker, my 30 minute lunch periods are almost priceless. That the staff at KFC wasn’t willing to consider the consequences of their poor service from the perspective of another working person is what irks me so much. I’ll end my rant there for the sake of the Unilocal!readers, but the higher-ups will have to hear/read the extended version with additional commentary.

Happened to have a gift certificate for KFC. Decided to stop by a grab a couple of their doublicious sandwiches. Went thru the drive-up and placed the order. I had to repeat myself 3 times to place the order. The girl was mumbling something about not having enough chicken for 2 sandwiches, so we told her thats fine we will take one then. The system apparently doesn’t work worth a crap as she managed to screw up the order. When we got the total due at the window I thought it seemed more expensive than it should for one sandwich, but my spouse was like«screw it lets just take it». Got home and realized instead of a doublicious sandwich, they gave us a double down. Ok, so I should have checked the order when she gave it to us, but due to the frustration of already repeating the order multiple times, I gave them the benefit of doubt. My honey was like this is fine, I’ll eat it. When she took the first bite, I could tell something was very wrong. She handed me the sandwich and I tasted it. Cold as ice. Not the least bit warm at all. So not only did they give me the wrong item, but the crap they gave us was ice cold and tasted as if it had been sitting there all week! I only hope that we don’t get a horrible case of food poisoning. I will never ever go back to this place. They are the worst location ever. I wasn’t expecting the chicken sandwich of the year, but I darn sure didn’t expect to get 2 cold pieces of leathery chicken. I’ve given this place several chances over the last 7 years. But they broke the camels back tonite. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location like the plague. You’ll thank me later.
