Super rude, the two gals working night shift would rather talk to their friend at the counter about their sick cat than help me find *anything* in my size. They weren’t busy at all and I was the only person shopping there! You’re better off going to the one near Fashion Fair, they’ve been extremely helpful every time I’ve gone :)

I like the inside of the store. its a bit small and a little unorganized there isnt a natural flow to the store. and they never have extended sizes in the store 28w or above! Plus their extremeley pricey, like like Fashion Bug who has reasonable prices! The only reason why Im giving them another chance is because in 2013 the creator of DominoDollhouse is going to launch a line and I love her clothes and style for plus size women!

I love this store. The sales staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Most of them are plus sized women as well, and they know the pros and cons of their product. I’ve never had a bad experience shopping here. Even returns have been easy. Because of it’s location this store can be busy and it isn’t as large as other stores so there can be a wait for the fitting room. I wish corporate would pay more attention to this little jewel and give them a larger shop! They have spoiled me here and I refuse to go to the other LB in town.

I’m really more between«A-Ok and I’m a fan»… I love that theirs a shop that has modern clothing for a curvy gal like myself, but I do think that some of their merchandise is over priced. Although I’m not one to pay more that $ 30-$ 40 for a pair of jeans, I do endulge in their’s since not only do they carry my size that fit my waist AND height perfectly, but they also have the majority of their jeans divided into 3 categories that are based on more than how round you are. I swear they’re the best fit I’ve had in a while. I agree with the other review from K.A.R. when she mentioned about the sales ladies often being a little too much preoccupied with their work around the store, I noticed that also. The last time I visited it took me way to long to find one that didn’t have her nose in her work to look up and notice I was in need of dressing room. After saying that, I can’t stand places that force you to wait around until you find an available sales person to open a damn door so you can try on clothes. I usually shop during my lunch hour, and I hate waisting time just for this. I understand they have to take security precautions, but with cameras and sensors I would think that would do the trick. Overall, love the clothes.

The sales ladies at this location always seem too busy folding clothes and stocking inventory to help customers. Even if you go in when it’s nearly devoid of shoppers it can be hard to get someone to help you. They’re not rude, just preoccupied with other duties. Also, in a clothing store the sales clerks should be walking examples of how good one can look wearing that store’s fashions. Someone should inform their managers of this fact. I’ve seen their clerks wearing seriously wrinkled trousers and blouses as well as way, way too small tops and jeans. I really don’t want to be faced with butt cracks, belly rolls, and six inches of cleavage while shopping. And one more thing: they carry very few bras in my size at this location. I don’t wear a weird size(really), and the Lane Bryant website has plenty of offerings for me to chose from, as does the Cacique shop in Fashion Fair. But this shop can’t seem to carry my size.
