Sad to give a bad review. I’ve eaten in here several times before, and always had a decent time. The pizzas taste good. I really like their Pizza Pit specialty pizza. I was honestly surprised to discover their rating. But I have to confirm — customer service is severely lacking. I ordered for pickup. Unlike many of the reviews here, it was ready when I arrived, but I was surprised by the total(too high) and I pulled up the menu I had found on Unilocal and showed it to the cashier. It turns out it was old. Things went downhill when she got the owner for«customer service.» Instead of expressing his concern at the discrepancy, his immediate response was, «I hate Unilocal. We don’t use it. It doesn’t matter. Our customers are loyal and I don’t need them.» From this point on, I was simply a nuisance and it was a pretty clear that he figured it was my fault for using Unilocal. I told him that he can put up a menu of his own to avoid this problem in the future(apparently the one in he photos was uploaded by a customer and is old), but he didn’t care. He wasn’t interested in fixing it. Instead he told me I should have looked them up on Facebook. He did try to offer me a two-liter soda as compensation but I declined because it was obvious he didn’t really want to correct my dissatisfaction. He just wanted me out of his hair. — - — - - Honestly, I can commiserate. As someone who receives Unilocal reviews for my own business, I’m not a big fan of their model. But blaming me for his bad experience wasn’t cool. And you get mad at them behind closed doors, not directly at your customer. I actually *was* one of those«loyal customers» he referred to. I have been here several times, but just looked them up for the phone number and menu. I came *in spite of* the two star review. But based on the owners actions it seems they deserved it.

I will never be back. Smelled like a bar, fresh with cigarette smoke, sticky floors, and inappropriate hip hop coming from the jukebox. Every open table had yet to be bussed at 6pm, and we waited a good 15 min with no obvious effort. Turned around to find my 3 year old drinking out of a cup on one of these unbussed tables we were standing by. And they charged me for a 4 topping pizza when it was only two per half. Beyond disgusted.

I absolutely love the combination pizza! I have ordered from every pizza place and this is my number one choice. I live on the other side of town so I travel 20 mins when I get my pizza cravings! The Employees are nice but have no personality so that is why I took a star away.

Lets start off with the good: 1.) The pizza itself is good, I used to eat at the original Pizza Pit location years a go, and the pizza is still just as good, despite the fact that the owners are different from when I used to go. The complaints that the pizza«isn’t as good as when it was Me-N-Eds I can only assume are words written by people who have scientifically provable bad taste in pizza. 2.) The beer selection while not the most extensive in town is pretty good, definitely a step above what your average pizza place is going to offer. 3.) The price for a large 2 topping pizza was only $ 11.50, a price that I consider to be quite reasonable for the quality that you get Now the bad: 1.) The service is kind of scattered and to be honest kind of slow. After I ordered the pizza I had to wait at the bar for a while before one of the girls from the kitchen came over to the bar to take my order 2.) The wait for the pizza seemed excessive considering there were only 2 other tables that had customers, and then once we did receive our pizza I didn’t receive the salad I ordered, I was told they still had to make it. The salad when it did come out came after I was basically done with the pizza 3.) Everything is served on single thin paper plates. I am not expecting the fine china to be broken out here, but something a little thicker than your average paper plate would be nice. Even my salad was served on a paper plate, which after you put on lettuce and dressing makes for an even flimsier plate The pizza is good and the people ARE friendly, but its disappointing that the service is a little off, especially considering at the old location it was never an issue. I don’t know how often I would make the trip across town specifically to eat here, I would however get delivery frequently if I lived in the area, however I don’t so thats a moot point.

We’ve ordered here several times. The last time we called in an order, on a Saturday afternoon, the girl told me it would be 25 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and they hadn’t even started making it yet, but«[mine was] next in line.» She apologized, but«[they] got busy.» Which is strange because she could’ve just as easily told the people in the store they were busy making my pizza, for the two minutes that would’ve taken. Obviously the whole reason anyone calls ahead is to pick up their pizza when it is ready. If they’d told me it would take 45 minutes or an hour, then I could decide if I wanted to wait. They even could’ve called me back and informed me of the unexpected delay. Waiting until I show up at the agreed time, to tell me they hadn’t even started, is just blatantly wasting my time. I went a block down the street and ordered a pizza from Me ‘n Ed’s. Apparently Me ‘n Ed’s is actually in the business of making pizzas when they are ordered. Pizza Pit really needs to get their act together if they don’t want to go out of business. By coming back after several below-average experiences and mistakes(with no compensation – how about offering a coupon or discount when you seriously mess up?), I’ve displayed exceptional patience. I may give them another chance in the future, because the pizza is pretty good if they actually get around to making it. For now, two stars is generous. If I go back, I’ll update my review. Hopefully that review won’t be one«never again» star.

Found Pizza Pit online, they were close and delivered, the menu had several inviting sandwiches so we made the call to order their spicy Italian sandwiches for dinner. The girl that answered informed that they did not have the sandwiches that are posted in the web pages menu, they have six sandwiches listed on the menu and none of those were available, not because they were out of the ingredients but it is false advertisement! So after establishing the fact that they do not actually serve what is posted on the online menu, she informs us what the two sandwiches they actually have are and we make our choice of the meat ball sandwich. The time from taking our order to delivering to us was not bad, about 30 minutes. The meatball sandwich was sub par if anything and quite possibly the worst I have ever had, if the meatballs were actually round and not thin slices of mystery meat they very well have doubled as bouncy ball

We came here despite the reviews on Unilocal. This place was just ok. Tastes a lot like Me&Eds. The people who work there have no personality. The music is way too loud!

Today I went to the pizza pit. I hadn’t been to their location once they moved from Princeton and Blackstone. The inside was nice and clean. The lighting was a bit dark but I didn’t mind it at all; I thought it added to the charm of this place. There is an extensive amount of beer on tap which I loved. I got the root beer on tap which was really good. What I am giving this location 3 stars is due to the wait time. I came in at around 2:15 and got my food at 3:15. I understand that pizza takes time to make but an hour is ridiculous. Especially given the fact that we were the only ones in the restaurant. I got the appetizer sample platter and the garlic chicken pizza. In the menu, it notes that there is a 20 minute wait time for the sample platter. We got ours an hour later as I have stated above. The chicken wings were the best thing on the appetizer sample. They were very hot and juicy. I was not a fan of the jalapeño popper nor the baked potato skin. I wish I had known that there was pork on the potatoes(I should have asked first). The pizza was good. A medium size pizza is perfect for around 2 – 3 people. The chicken was not overcooked and the white sauce was good and the toppings were nice. Overall, I would not go to this place if I was pressing for time. This is better for a sitdown meal!

Fabulous pizza! We came back from Yosemite & we’re craving pizza. We stumbled here & ordered the family size combination pizza which had 7 toppings, including pepperoni, salami, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, & green peppers. It was amazing!!! It was 16 slices & split between 4 people. We each had 4 slices, which was more than enough. I’ll stop by here again next time I’m in Fresno, you should too

This used to be a Me & Eds and its obvious that’s the pizza they are attempting to make here and they come up really short in the process. The old Me & Eds brick oven they are using produces a crispy crust but they miss the mark big time. Actually, they miss the mark in a few areas. First of all, there is no flakiness to the crust. A good brick-oven pizza is the perfect combination of crispy and flaky. They are definitely doing something wrong as the crust is crispy but not at all flaky. It seems too be too thick for how crispy it is. I ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza with extra cheese which leads to my second problem — the toppings. The cheese is different… I don’t know what it is, there’s just something different about it and it’s not a good thing. The olives had that cheap olive taste so maybe that’s the problem with the cheese — it’s cheap. Finally, the ranch dressing I paid 50 cents for had a weird flavor. I’m not sure if it was going bad of if they were using a cheap brand of that too. I’m pretty sure the main problem with the toppings is that they are using cheap ingredients. Using cheap ingredients isn’t necessarily an issue but using cheap ingredients and making it obvious it is. Like the saying goes, an artist can make a masterpiece out of nothing and if you are not an artist you can have they best of the best supplies and still make a worthless product. The art of pizza is defintely lost here. They need to put that brick oven to use and make something that is memorable in a good way. As far as service is concerned, they had a brand new employee who was going through on-the-job training on the register so I won’t comment on that. What I will say is, the lady that was training the new employee made me feel uncomfortable and can work on communicating with customers more clearly. She struggled to communicate the fact that a three topping pizza was the same price as a two topping pizza. She basically beat around the bush and some back and forth had to take place between is before she made that part clear. She looked at me like I was stupid when I finally realized what she was trying to say(I’m not sure she was really trying). I brought my kids here and all of the video games were powered off. A man — who I assume is either the owner or a manager — offered to turn them on as I started to take my seat after checking them out. That was cool, but if he wasn’t there to make that offer, had my kids wanted to play video games, they would have been really disappointed. We were here at about 6 pm on a Wednesday so I’m assuming the games were powered off all day. They have some work to do here. They are offering a product that needs some fine tuning here. The fact that they offer craft beers here is a plus but it will be hard for their mediocre pizza to survive in the super-competitive pizza market. I don’t think I will be back. Better pizza at the same price can be found elsewhere so that’s where I will go next time.

Bad service didn’t seem very welcoming. Went in here to check out the beer because they advertise craft. They were very busy and the bartender took ten minutes to ask me what I needed and even served some others that came in after me but I let it go because they were busy and small mistakes are no big deal. They had allot of really common craft like sierra, Reilly’s, and blue moon type of stuff but nothing really special like imperial IPAs, stouts that type of thing. Today I decided to give the pizza a try because I didn’t get a chance on the first trip. I called in the order fifteen minutes in advance. They said they had a special for one three topping for 11.50 $ but every topping I wanted it seems«cost an extra 2 dollars». Extra cheese, chicken, etc all cost extra doesn’t make much sense. Guy on the phone was not very professional. When we got there the lady behind the counter was not very professional or friendly either and didn’t even know anything about us calling in our order. After trying to re place my order she told me it would be 21 $ for my 11.50 $ special and I told her to just forget it. I didn’t feel like waiting and overpaying at a place that treated me like that. BTW all the arcades said«play at your own risk». A note to the owner: giving a kid his quarter back that got taken by one of your machines shouldn’t be a big big deal when running a «hospitality establishment». You’ll make more money by making people feel welcome and not trying to charge for every little thing. Goto dog house grill and see how they operate and takes some notes. Better to charge less and actually have customers filling the place up then counting quarters.

I only give this place two stars because the pizza is really good, and the beer is served cold! However because of the service I would rate it a 1! The woman who works here is friendly and on top of it. But the gentlemen taking orders and at the counter(I’m assuming he is the owner) is not friendly by any means and has an attitude as if we the customers are bothering him by coming in to order or ask for things such as ranch, jalapeños, etc. Even though we are paying for everything they provide. We’re siting here thirsty and nervous to even ask for a water cup or order something again because of the way it’s already seemed like a problem. If your ordering to go great! I would recommend cause like I said the pizza is good! But in house service is horrible! And for what we’re paying per pizza and supporting a local business you would think we would be treated better.

Food is decent. Wait staff were friendly. Restrooms were filthy and had no paper towels or soap(staff did eventually refill them). Beer selection was acceptable however they had no oranges!

Really not scoring points. Ordered a LG pizza at 730p was told delivery would be made in 45 minutes. After 1 hr 15 min I called and was told the pizza was done but the driver wouldn’t be back for 10 min and then he would be bringing ours. Asked the girl on the phone why quote 45 minutes and then it’s 1 hour and a half, oh were busy! Not I’m sorry or anything just oh were busy! Never again and too bad we’ve waited a long time for this one to open. Poor service is unexceptable

The all new Pizza Pit is ten times better than their prior location. It’s big, spacious, clean, and get this people: 32 beers on tap! Plenty of booths, tables, and room at the bar too. I really like their Goldilocks crust– not too thick, not too thin– it’s just right! Sauce and toppings are plentiful and tasty as well. Went last weekend with my family and had a large pizza and some wings, while enjoying some nice craft beer. Good lunch and happy hour specials too!
