I wish I could give 0 stars. First off I arrive 5 minutes early for my appointment and fill out my paperwork. That’s where the experience turns bad. I then get taken to the back and begin my 45 minute wait for the appointment to begin sitting alone in a optometrist chair. When someone does arrive it’s to ask me to wait outside so that they can serve someone who came into the building after me. Feeling this was unreasonable I left. I called to complain and was asked to speak to someone in charge. I was told the person in charge was busy and if I could leave a message. I did and when I was done I asked them to read it back to me and she hadn’t actually written anything I said down. I then asked to be placed on hold till the person in charge could speak to me as I could see their customer service was so lacking. I waited on hold for 15 minutes till I was told the person in charge had no desire to hear my complaint and advised me to take my business else where. This was the best advice I think we should all follow when looking toward our eye health. This place sucks!
