Mike the manager totally rocks it ! Very friendly as well professional. Always on point. Takes pride in his job, employees as well his customers.

This Starbucks is always crowded… and it always seems to be running at peak speed and efficiency. Since the remodel, the seating inside seems much less inviting. but this is still a good place to get your coffee fix to go either in the store or through the drive through. Service is friendly, orders are promptly filled and correct, and there is always a nice selection of drink ware for purchase.
I’m a fan.

The only reason I go to this location is because I work so close by. Have had good interactions with a few staff members, but for the most part their customer service skills need improvement & I leave unsatisfied with the service. Either my order is wrong, they forget to make my order altogether or the wait is just ridiculous (even for Starbucks). My order is never very complicated and I’m an extremely patient person, I’m just amazed every time I go in that something like that happens every time.

So a Starbucks review is probably pointless… I want to hate Starbucks but realized that «hate» shall not exist in my life and the Blonde roast is damn good. My observation of the new style drive thru ordering system is the issue here. It’s a little creepy seeing someone’s live face talking to you on a screen, but more importantly you can’t see the menu unless you have binoculars in your car, which I don’t but apparently may need to.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve found. The staff are so nice and are very helpful. They just remodeled so the seating is much nicer, however I hope they fix the white walls inside, so boring… Again, love this one!

The service sucks here. The people taking your order on the inside are very rude. I don’t go to Starbuck’s so I’m not aware of all the items they offer. So as I was looking over the selection I was treated rudely by the girl behind the counter. When I had questions she was snappy and talking to me like I was a complete idiot. This was my first time going inside a Starbuck’s so I wanted to know about the cookies and brownies and everything to make a decision. I won’t go to this Starbuck’s again. They were not friendly or helpful.

Don’t ever go to this location there drive thru wait time is to ridiculous it took me 40 mins to get my drinks this morning and there was only 6 cars ahead of me. I can not understand why the wait would be this long with a full staff inside I count at least 5 women inside I will never go here again not even for a free drink. They were so slow I created a Unilocal account to express to everyone how god awful this wait was again do not go to this location they suck

The drive through takes forever no matter what day it is and no matter what time. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I waited 14 minutes. Never again.

Don’t go through the drive thru at this location you’ll be in it for at least 15 minutes.

I love this Starbucks they are the best one in town. Its a great place to go too with your friends for a study group. Its very clean inside, great customer service.

I only frequent «the bucks» when I have a gift card. Paying cash for burnt coffee (twice roasted, i mean) is not my idea of a hard earned treat.
People are complaining about long waits on here. I’m guessing they are ordering some kind of crazy double pump, no-​fat, non-​fat, skinny, soy, triple shot latte grande espresso thing-​ah-​drink.
Yes, it takes staff longer to make your obscure drink.
The wait is average.
Staff is always friendly.
Cleanliness is sub-​par, especially the men’s bathroom.
I still have a bout $ 10 left on my latest card so I’ll be back when the urge hits.

This location is soooooo slow. I went in this morning n got two coffees! It took them 15 min to get me my coffee n one of them was a dark roast black. … it’s not the first time! I don’t understand why they don’t have a few more people helping out? Needless to say I will just drive the extra time to go to another location..

I love Starbucks! However this location is in my opinion the best at what they do. Their customer service is superb! Maybe that’s why the Drive-​Thru is always so busy? If your in a hurry go inside but if you have an extra couple of minutes the drive-​thru isn’t too bad! Plus the guys and gals working the drive-​thru are awesome! Keep it up guys you are doing an awesome job!!!

Way too slow for the volume of business they receive. Don’t ever come here in a hurry– especially the drive thru– you will regret it. Not sure if the employees just don’t care or if they’re understaffed. The employees are not rude but also don’t seem to be super perky and aiming to please like other SBUX locations. But either way, they really should get their stuff together. Shame.

Love this one… Very convenient right off of Palm and Herndon… Great coffee brewed with Awesome customer service at the Drive-​Thru!

IT’s starbucks… what else is there to say.
only reason I am reviewing? I passed up the intercom one time and this D. Bag was so far up the back of my car i couldn’t go back so in a thick line i drove up to the window and the guy let me order my panini and tea there… sweeeet! extra love for that!

The service is 5 star. Always treated great. Here’s the funny thing, I never get any sort of coffee drink. I go for the quick breakfast I know I can get. Usually a toasted bagel and a fruit of some sort. Awesome !

Even when Im on vacation, sometimes Im still on call. Day after xmas and major shite blows up at work. So I spent a good hour or so sipping an iced chai and using the wifi here to try and figure out what went wrong. Seems like a decent hangout (not all SB’s are) even though I had to work but it was useful for that too.
