Rude and always skimpy on the toppings. Go to deli delicious! You might spend a dollar or two more but they don’t weigh anything and always fill your sandwich up. Plus there beer batter fries are so good. Don’t waist your time here

I stopped going here years ago because they wouldn’t honor some coupon I had because the roast beef sandwich i ordered was considered a more premium meat than the coupon applied to. I remember thinking «how stupid of these people to lose a customer forever because you wanted to argue which meats apply to your coupon». Anyway fast forward to end of last year (I’m finally posting this since I started the review via my phone last year), I asked my mom to go to the Subway on Palm and Nees and she ended up at this one by accident. Since she doesn’t know how to use Unilocal,I thought it appropriate to post on her behalf. My mom is a pretty laid back person but she is still talking about how rude these people are and can’t believe they are even in business. She was in a terrible mood afterwards because of her experience there. I’m surprised the same people still own this place. Don’t go here unless you want to ruin your day.

Below average customer service. Skimpy on the toppings. This is always a «last resort».

Would give the zero stars if possible. The lady wasn’t very polite and acted like it was my fault she couldn’t speak english very well. Not sure what was all over her hands. When we get our breakfast sandwiches they are ice cold! So my bf asks them to heat the and they come back with the paper burnt! Now they taste like crap and are inedible. He let’s the lady know at the next tine she should remove the paper before heating them and throw them in the trash. Do you think they even acknowledged us? Hell no! Not even an apology. We just waisted our money. On a simple sandwich. Really? I have had the breakfast sandwiches at other subways and they were pretty good but never again will I step into this location!
